Claims (2)
- 반도체 집적 회로 장치에 있어서,n배 스텝-업 차지 펌프 회로의 출력 단자에서 부하 전류를 검출하는 감지 저항기;상기 감지 저항기에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출 회로; 및상기 n배 스텝-업 차지 펌프 회로의 입력 단자에, 상기 전류 검출 회로에 의하여 검출된 전류의 전류값에 따라 상기 감지 저항기에 흐르는 전류보다 n배 더 큰 양의 전류가 흐르도록 전류값을 조정하는 전류 제한 회로를 포함하고,상기 n배 스텝-업 차지 펌프 회로의 입력 단자에 흐르는 전류가 출력 단자에 흐르는 전류의 전류값보다 n배 더 큰 전류값에 유지되는 반도체 집적 회로 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출 회로는, 비교기 회로, PMOS 트랜지스터, 및 저항기 소자를 포함하고,상기 전류 제한 회로는, 비교기 회로, PMOS 트랜지스터, 저항기 소자, 및 입력 전류 감지 저항기를 포함하는 반도체 집적 회로 장치.
