Claims (25)
- 두개의 주요측면으로 이루어지며, 그 중 하나의 측면이 외부의 유기 또는 무기성 층을 가지는 시력교정용안경렌즈를 처리하는 방법으로서,표면물리공격 및/또는 화학적 변경을 수행할 능력이 있는 활성적 및/또는 반응 적인 종들을 이용한 또 다른 측면에 대한 적어도 하나의 처리 단계; 및선택적으로, 상기 활성적 및/또는 반응 적인 종들을 통한 처리단계 다음으로 또는 동시적으로 수행되는 무기성 또는 유기성 층을 증착시키는 적어도 하나의 단계들을 포함하고,활성적 및/또는 반응 적인 종들로 처리하기 전에, 임시보호막을 유기성 또는 무기성의 외부박막층 위에 증착 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 14mJ/m2이하의 표면에너지를 렌즈에 부여하는 소수성 및/또는 소유성의 막을 포함하는 것으로써, 다중층 임시 보호막이 상기 피복 막 위에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 임시보호층이 두개의 층으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 임시보호층이 유기성의 첫 번째 층 과 상기 첫 번째 층위에 형성된 무기성의 두 번째 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 무기성의 첫 번째 층이 2에서 200nm, 바람직하게는 5에서 200nm의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 유기성의 층이 0.2에서 10um의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 19항 내지 제 21항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기성의 층이 금속플루오르화물 또는 금속플루오르화물의 혼합물이나 금속산화물 또는 금속산화물의혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 금속플루오르화물이 MgF2, LaF3그리고 CeF3중에서 선택되고 금속 산화물이 티타늄, 알루미늄, 지르코늄 및 프라세오디뮴 산화물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 19항 내지 제 23항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 유기성 층이 아크릴 및 메타크릴릭 라텍스와 폴리우레탄 라텍스 사이에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제 17항 내지 제 24항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다중층 임시 보호막이 적어도 15mJ/m2와 같은 표면에너지를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
