Description
Claims (13)
- 유기 섬유, 무기 섬유 및 바인더를 함유하는 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유의 함유량이 10∼70중량부이고, 상기 무기 섬유의 함유량이 1∼80중량부이며, 상기 바인더의 함유량이 10∼85중량부이고, 또한 상기 유기 섬유, 상기 무기 섬유 및 상기 바인더의 합계가 100중량부인 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더에 융점 또는 열 분해 온도가 다른 2 종류 이상의 바인더를 함유하고 있는 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 유기 바인더 및/또는 무기 바인더인 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 바인더가 SiO2를 주성분으로 하는 화합물인 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유가 종이 섬유인 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공인 것을 특징으로 하는 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 길이 조정 수단을 구비하고 있는 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연결이 가능한 복수개의 부품으로 조립되어 이루어진 주물 제조용 초조 부품.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 주물 제조용 초조 부품을 사용한 주물 제조방법으로서, 상기 주물 제조용 초조 부품을 주물 모래 내에 배치한 주물 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 주물 제조용 초조 부품의 제조방법으로서, 상기 유기 섬유 및 상기 무기 섬유를 함유하는 원료 슬러리로부터 성형체를 초조하는 공정과 초조된 상기 성형체에 상기 바인더를 함유시키는 공정을 구비한 주물 제조용 초조 부품의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 유기 바인더로, 이 유기 바인더를 함침에 의해 함유시키는 주물 제조용 초조 부품의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 슬러리에 상기 무기 바인더를 함유시키는 주물 제조용 초조 부품의 제조방법.
