Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 폴리실록산과,(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1에서, 각 R1은 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 및 알콕시기, 반응성 글리시독시기 및 OSi(OR3)3기로 구성된 그룹에서 각각 선택되며, 여기서 각 R3은 R1과 같은 의미를 가지며, 각 R2는 수소와, 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 및 아릴기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되며, n은 폴리실록산의 분자량이 500 내지 약 2,000의 범위내에 있도록 선택한다)알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 중합체와,선택적으로 경화제로 물을 포함하는 실내온도에서 경화되는 코팅 조성물에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물은 실질적으로 특정의 다른 경화제는 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 실내온도에서 경화되는 코팅 조성물.
- 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 폴리실록산과,(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1에서, 각 R1은 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 및 알콕시기, 반응성 글리시독시기 및 OSi(OR3)3기로 구성된 그룹에서 각각 선택되며, 여기서 각 R3은 R1과 같은 의미를 가지며, 각 R2는 수소와, 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 및 아릴기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되며, n은 폴리실록산의 분자량이 500 내지 약 2,000의 범위내에 있도록 선택한다)알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 터폴리머아크릴 중합체와,아미노-작용기 화합물을 포함하는 실내온도에서 경화되는 코팅 조성물에 있어서,상기 아미노-작용기 화합물은 Y-Si(O-X)3의 일반식을 갖는 아미노실란이고, 여기서 Y는 H(HNR)a이고, a는 1 내지 6의 정수이고, 각 R은 아릴, 알킬, 디알킬아릴, 알콕시알킬 및 시클로알킬 라디칼로 구성된 그룹에서 각각 선택된 이작용기 유기 라디칼이고, R은 각 Y분자내에서 변형될 수 있으며, 각 X는 같거나 또는 다를 수 있으며, 약 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 포함하는 알킬, 히드록시알킬, 알콕시알킬 및 히드록시알콕시알킬기로 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실내온도에서 경화되는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 중합체가 적어도 3개의 다른 올레핀계 불포화 단량체의 혼합물에서 제조되고, 상기 혼합물은 폴리실록산의 존재하에서 반응하고, 적어도 하나의 단량체는 알콕시실일-작용기 올레핀계 불포화 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 실내온도에서 경화되는 코팅 조성물.
- 적어도 3개의 다른 올레핀계 불포화 단량체의 혼합물이 폴리실록산의 존재하에서 반응하고, 적어도 하나의 단량체는 알콕시실일-작용기 올레핀계 불포화 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 폴리실록산은 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 중합체의 제조방법.(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1에서, 각 R1은 6개 미만의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 및 알콕시기, 반응성 글리시독시기 및 OSi(OR3)3기로 구성된 그룹에서 각각 선택되며, 여기서 각 R3은 R1과 같은 의미를 가지며, 각 R2는 수소와, 6개 미만의 탄소원자를갖는 알킬 및 아릴기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되며, n은 폴리실록산의 분자량이 500 내지 약 2,000의 범위내에 있도록 선택한다)
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 올레핀계 불포화 단량체의 혼합물은 트리메톡시실일프로필 메타크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 부틸 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알콕시실일-작용기 아크릴 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물이 마감 코팅재 및/또는 프라이머 코팅재로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물의 용도.
- 빌딩, 강철 구조체, 자동차, 항공기 및 다른 운송체와, 일반적인 산업 기계 및 가구의 마감 코팅재의 제조방법에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마감 코팅재의 제조방법.
