Claims (9)
- (a) 실린더부재와,(b) 상기 실린더부재 내에서 전후진이 자유롭게 되도록 설치된 사출부재와,(c) 사출용 모터와,(d) 상기 사출용 모터의 회전이 전달됨과 동시에, 회전운동을 직선운동으로 변환하는 운동방향 변환부와,(e) 상기 사출부재의 상기 운동방향 변환부에 대한 축방향에 있어서의 상대적인 운동을 구속하고, 회전방향에 있어서의 상대적인 운동을 허용하는 구동력전달수단을 가짐과 동시에,(f) 상기 사출용 모터와 상기 운동방향 변환부는 동일축상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 회전이 자유롭게 되도록 지지된 회전자샤프트를 가짐과 동시에,(b) 상기 사출용 모터는, 고정자 및 그 고정자의 지름방향 안쪽에 설치되고 상기 회전자샤프트에 고정된 회전자를 구비하고,(c) 적어도 전동축의 일부가, 상기 회전자샤프트의 내측에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전동축에, 사출부재의 위치를 검출하는 인코더가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,회전자샤프트를 밀폐하는 엔드캡에 장착되고, 사출부재의 위치를 검출하는 인코더가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사출부재를 회전시키기 위한 회전의 회전수를 검출하는 인코더가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제5항에 있어서,(a) 계량용 모터를 가짐과 동시에,(b) 상기 인코더는, 상기 사출부재와 동일축상에 설치되고, 상기 계량용 모터를 구동하는 것에 수반하여 회전되는 슬리브의 회전수를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사출부재에 축방향으로 가해지는 하중을 검출하는 하중계가, 사출용 모터와 동일축상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운동방향 변환부를 구성하는 전동축의 일부가, 상기 사출부재에 축방향으로 가해지는 하중을 검출하는 하중계의 안쪽에 설치되고, 상기 전동축의 일부와 하중계는 축방향에 있어서 상대적으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
