- 제1항에 있어서,⒜ 사출용 모터(345)는, 고정자(348) 및 회전자(349)를 구비한 중공 모터로 이루어짐과 동시에,⒝ 상기 사출용 모터(345)를 둘러싸서 설치되고 고정자(348)를 지지하는 고정자 프레임(342)과,⒞ 그 고정자 프레임(342)의 양단에 자유롭게 붙였다 떼었다 할 수 있도록 연결되고, 상기 고정자 프레임(342)을 지지함과 동시에, 사출력에 대한 반력을 상기 고정자 프레임(342)에 전달하는 제1플레이트 및 제2플레이트(315, 317)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,⒜ 상기 계량용 모터(344)는, 고정자(346) 및 회전자(345)를 구비한 중공 모터로 이루어짐과 동시에,⒝ 상기 계량용 모터(344)를 둘러싸서 설치되고 고정자(346)를 지지하는 고정자 프레임(341)과,⒞ 그 고정자 프레임(341)의 양단에 자유롭게 붙였다 떼었다 할 수 있도록 연결되고, 상기 고정자 프레임(341)을 지지함과 동시에, 사출력에 대한 반력을 상기 고정자 프레임(341)에 전달하는 제1플레이트 및 제2플레이트(313, 315)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 고정자 프레임(341, 342)에는, 상기 중공 모터(344, 345)의 구동에 따라 발생하는 장력이 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 고정자 프레임(341, 342)은 고정자(346, 348)를 지지하기 위한 통상부(筒狀部)(408, 418) 및 그 통상부(408, 418)의 양단에 형성된 플런지(flange)부(421, 422)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,⒜ 회전이 자유롭게 되도록 지지된 중공 회전자샤프트(156, 356)를 가짐과 동시에,⒝ 고정자(146, 346),⒞ 및 그 고정자(146, 346)의 지름방향 안쪽에 설치되고 상기 중공 회전자샤프트(156, 356)에 고정된 회전자(147, 347)를 구비하고,⒟ 상기 사출부재(22)는 회전자(147, 347)와 동일축상에 설치되고,⒠ 상기 사출부재(22)의 스트로크 후퇴한계에서의 사출부재(22)의 후단은 상기 회전자샤프트(156, 356)의 전단보다 뒤쪽에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서,⒜ 회전이 자유롭게 되도록 지지된 중공 회전자샤프트(156, 356)를 가짐과 동시에,⒝ 상기 계량용 모터(144, 344)는 고정자(146, 346), 및 그 고정자(146, 346)의 지름방향 안쪽에 설치되고 상기 회전자샤프트(156, 356)에 고정된 회전자(147, 347)를 구비하고,⒞ 상기 사출부재(22)는 계량용 모터(144, 344)와 동일축상에 설치되고,⒟ 상기 사출부재(22)의 스트로크 후퇴한계에서의 사출부재(22)의 후단은 상기 회전자샤프트(156, 356)의 전단보다 뒤쪽에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 회전자샤프트(156, 356)의 전단에 슬리브(112, 318)가 고정되고, 그 슬리브(112, 318)의 후단에 스플라인너트(162, 362)가 고정되며, 그 스플라인너트(162, 362)와 스플라인 걸어맞춤된 스플라인축(163, 363)과 상기 사출부재(22)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
