Claims (8)
- 입력 신호를 단계적으로 증가하여 출력하는 복수의 증폭 소자와, 상기 각 증폭 소자간에 각각 삽입되고, 서로 인접하는 증폭 소자간의 임피던스 정합을 도모하는 정합 회로를 구비한 다단 증폭기에 있어서, 1단 고역 통과 필터형 정합기와 1단 저역 통과 필터형 정합기를 직렬로 접속하고, 상기 정합 회로를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최종단의 증폭 소자와, 그 전단의 증폭 소자간에 삽입되는 정합 회로에 한하여, 1단 고역 통과 필터형 정합기와 1단 저역 통과 필터형 정합기를 직렬로 접속하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1단 고역 통과 필터형 정합기를 입력측에 설치하고, 1단 저역 통과 필터형 정합기를 출력측에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1단 저역 통과 필터형 정합기를 입력측에 설치하고, 1단 고역 통과 필터형 정합기를 출력측에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,병렬 인덕터와 직렬 커패시터로부터 1단 고역 통과 필터형 정합기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,병렬 인덕터로서, 길이가 4분의 1 파장 이하의 바이어스 공급용 쇼트 스터브를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,병렬 커패시터와 직렬 인덕터로부터 1단 저역 통과 필터 정합기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,직렬 인덕터로서, 직렬 선로를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 증폭기.
