Claims (6)
- 일단부에 제1 포트(20a), 타단부에 제2 포트(20b)를 가지며, 상기 제1 포트(20a)와 상기 제2 포트(20b) 사이를 연통하는 유체통로(22)를 갖는 본체(22)가 형성된 연결부(14),상기 본체(24)의 개구부(30)를 폐쇄하는 본네트(32),파일럿압력의 작용하에 상기 유체통로(22)를 개폐하는 밸브플러그(46)를 포함하는 변위기구(40)가 설치된 밸브기구부(16), 및파일럿압력이 공급되는 파일럿포트(18)가 형성된 파일럿압력 공급원(18)을 포함하며,상기 파일럿포트(76)는 상기 본체(24)와 상기 본네트(32)와의 사이에 개재된 환상부재(74)에 형성되고, 상기 환상부재(74)에 의해 주위방향을 따라 회동자재하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환상부재(74)에는, 상기 본체(24)에 형성된 다수의 요부(90)에 체결됨으로써 상기 환상부재(74)를 소정 위치에 고정하는 다수의 돌기부(84)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위기구(40)는 본체(24)에서 실린더챔버(38)를 따라 변위하는 피스톤(42), 상기 피스톤(42)의 축방향의 관통홀내에 삽입되는로드부재(44), 상기 밸브본체(46)가 밸브착지부(68)에 착지되는 쪽으로 상기 피스톤(42)을 기울이게 하는 한 쌍의 스프링부재(54a, 54b)를 포함하며,상기 밸브본체(46)는 상기 로드부재(44)의 일단부에 연결되어 상기 피스톤(42)과 일체로 변위하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(42)과 상기 본네트(32)에 의해 폐쇄된 챔버(56) 내의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 상기 피스톤(42)에는 상기 로드부재(44)의 축과 실질적으로 평행하게 연재되는 연통로(56)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 파일럿포트(76)와 상기 실린더챔버(38)를 연통하는 상기 본체(24)와, 상기 환상부재(74)와의 사이에 주위방향으로 환상통로(86)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 환상통로(86)는 상기 본체(24)의 환상홈에 부착되고, 소정거리로 이간되어 있는 한 쌍의 시일부재(88a, 88b)에 의해 시일되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두방향밸브.
