Description
以下、本発明を具体化した第1の実施形態を図面に従って説明する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の減圧弁1は、水素タンクの開口部を閉塞する栓体ハウジング2に配設された高圧水素タンク用の減圧弁(レギュレータ)であり、同減圧弁1は、栓体ハウジング2に形成された弁機構3と、栓体ハウジング2の開口部を閉塞するアウタハウジング5とを備えて構成されている。
次に、本実施形態の減圧弁におけるピストンのシール部材構造について説明する。
図2に示すように、本実施形態の減圧弁1では、上記従来例の減圧弁71と同様に、ピストン25の外周面25aに形成された収容溝36にリップシール37を嵌挿し、ピストン25の受圧面34側の頂部38に形成された螺子部39に固定用ナット40を螺合することにより、その締結力によって同リップシール37をピストン25に固定する。そして、リップシール37は、弾性部材としての板バネ75の弾性力によって、その摺接片としてのシールリップ82をシリンダ24の内周面24aに摺接させることにより減圧室26と圧力調整室32との間のシール性を確保するようになっている(図5参照)。
以下、本発明を具体化した第2の実施形態を図面に従って説明する。尚、本実施形態の減圧弁は、ピストンのシール部材固定構造のみが上記第1の実施形態の減圧弁1と相違する。そのため、説明の便宜上、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
以下、本発明を具体化した第3の実施形態を図面に従って説明する。尚、本実施形態の減圧弁は、ピストンのシール部材固定構造のみが上記第1の実施形態の減圧弁1と相違する。そのため、説明の便宜上、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
・上記各実施形態では、本発明を水素タンクの栓体ハウジング2に配設される高圧水素タンク用の減圧弁(レギュレータ)に具体化したが、栓体ハウジング2と別体に設置される減圧弁に具体化してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 一次ポートと二次ポートとの間に設けられた開閉弁と、該開閉弁の下流に設けられたシリンダと、該シリンダ内に設けられ減圧室と圧力調整室とを区画するとともに前記圧力調整室側の圧力調整面と前記減圧室側の受圧面との圧力差に応じて前記シリンダ内を摺動することにより前記開閉弁を開閉するピストンとを備え、該ピストンの外周面に形成された収容溝に、弾性部材の押圧力により前記シリンダの内周面に摺接する摺接片を備えた環状のシール部材が嵌挿される減圧弁であって、
前記シール部材は、前記ピストンの頂部に形成された螺子部に螺合されるナットの締結力により前記ピストンに固定されるものであり、
前記ナットは、前記収容溝に挿入されて該収容溝との間に前記シール部材を挟持する環状のインロー部を備え、該インロー部は、前記ナットのピストン側端面の周縁部に立設され、その内周面が前記収容溝の周面に摺接するようにインロー部の内径が前記ピストンの収容溝が形成された部分の外径と略等しく形成されるとともに、その外周面が前記シリンダの内周面に摺接するようにインロー部の外径が前記ピストンの外径と略等しく形成されること、を特徴とする減圧弁。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧弁において、

前記収容溝に嵌挿され前記ナットにて締結されることにより前記収容溝との間に前記シール部材としてのリップシールを挟持する環状の固定部材を備え、
前記固定部材は、その内径が前記ピストンの収容溝が形成された部分の外径と略等しく形成されるとともに、その外径が前記ピストンの外径と略等しく形成されること、
