Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及独立权利要求1所述类型的用于输送流体的活塞泵。本发明还涉及具有这种活塞泵的汽车制动设备。
背景技术
从现有技术中已知活塞泵的不同实施方式。例如在汽车制动设备中经常使用用于输送压力介质的、具有多个泵元件的径向活塞泵,在该泵中,至少一个活塞可以借助于偏心轮往复运动。这种所谓的泵元件典型地由一个活塞,一个通常构造为缸的活塞工作面、吸入阀和排出阀以及密封元件组成。所述阀用于活塞的泵运动时的流体控制。在此吸入阀用于在压缩阶段使流体不能回流至吸入腔,排出阀阻止流体从压力侧回流至泵内腔。所述阀典型地被构造为弹簧加载的球阀,其中用于排出阀的流出通道通过一个所谓的排出阀盖和泵缸形成,并且所述排出阀被安置在排出阀盖内。
例如公开文献DE102008002740A1描述了在液压汽车制动设备中调节制动压力的活塞泵。所述的活塞泵包括泵壳体、设置在泵壳体中的用于活塞泵的容纳孔和朝外封闭接收泵(Aufnahmepumpe)的阀盖,在所述泵盖中安装有排出阀和流出通道的第一和第二通道部分。
例如公开文献DE102006027555A1描述了减少噪音产生的活塞泵。上述用于输送流体的活塞泵包括活塞、缸元件和设置在吸入阀和排出阀之间的压力室,该压力室由盖封闭,其中所述排出阀包括实施为球体的关闭体、作用于关闭体之上且实施为螺旋弹簧的预张紧装置、用于支撑预张紧装置的基本元件、和垫圈元件,并且其中所述排出阀的密封座被设置在垫圈元件上。通过使用所述垫圈元件应能保证活塞泵的不同部件的部件公差不会对所述排出阀造成不利影响,在此用于实施为球体的关闭体和实施为螺旋弹簧的预张紧装置的安装空间具有很大的空间需求。
发明内容
与之相比,依据本发明的、具有独立权利要求1所述特征的、用于输送流体的活塞泵具有如下优点,即用于排出阀的安装空间可被缩小,进而用于活塞泵的安装空间可被缩小。本发明的实施方式可以有利的方式减小活塞泵的压力脉动水平,其中所述排出阀的关闭体在压力很小的情况下可以快速和准确地作用并具有良好的关闭性能。由于活塞泵的结构空间变小,为随后的脉动阻尼元件提供更大的结构空间。
本发明的核心是将排出阀在外侧设置在活塞泵上并由此以有利的方式减小活塞泵所需的安装空间。在此关闭体被实施为环形垫圈(Ringscheibe)并被推到泵缸上,使得实施为环形垫圈的关闭体被导引通过泵缸。由此可以有利的方式达到相当好的NVH特性(NVH:噪音、振动、声振粗糙度)。此外通过弹簧-质量-系统的减小和泵缸上的关闭体的导引可以有利的方式改良排出阀的功能。所述关闭体被支撑在泵缸上的预张紧元件挤压在盖上,并在轴向和径向上密封。所述排出阀的开启压力通过所述预张紧元件调节,其中通过压力室内形成的流体压力抵着预张紧元件使所述关闭体运动。
依据本发明的、用于输送流体的活塞泵包括活塞、缸元件和设置在吸入阀和排出阀之间的压力室,该压力室由盖封闭,其中所述排出阀包括关闭体、作用在所述关闭体上的预张紧装置和用于支撑预张紧装置的工具。依据本发明,所述排出阀设置在所述缸元件的外圆周上并对被引导通过至少一个位于盖和缸元件之间的流出开口的流体流进行调节,其中所述关闭体实施为在所述缸元件之上被导引的、可移动的环形垫圈,该环形垫圈的内直径与所述缸元件的外直径匹配。
依据本发明的活塞泵可被例如用在汽车制动设备中以输送压力介质。
通过在从属权利要求中所列举的措施和改进方案可以对独立权利要求1中给出的用于输送流体的活塞泵进行有利的改进。
特别有利的是,所述预张紧装置实施为弹簧元件并将闭合状态中的关闭体抵着设置在盖上的密封座挤压。在此实施为环形垫圈的关闭体在闭合状态下在径向上以第一密封面抵着缸元件并且在轴向上以第二密封面抵着盖密封。
所述活塞泵的预张紧装置例如实施为螺旋弹簧和/或板簧和/或盘簧和/或波形环(Wellenring)。此外所述预张紧装置的弹簧性能预先确定了所述排出阀的开启压力。由此所述活塞泵的排出阀的关闭性能可以有利的方式简单且快速地匹配不同汽车制动系统中应用的不同压力。
在依据本发明的活塞泵的有利结构方案中,用于支撑实施为弹簧元件的预张紧装置的工具可被实施为在缸元件的圆周上的环形凸肩(Ringschulter)。所述环形凸肩可以有利的方式简单地通过在缸元件的外圆周上的、朝内的凸肩转换。
在依据本发明的活塞泵的有利结构方案中,在盖上的密封座可实施为平的密封座,以在实施为环形垫圈的关闭体和密封座之间实现良好的轴向密封。为进一步减小噪音,在盖内设置至少一个流体通道,使得该流体通道使流体流从压力室到至少一个流出开口发生180°转向。

具体实施方式
从图1和图2中可见,依据本发明的、用于输送流体的活塞泵1包括活塞3、缸元件5、密封元件7和流体过滤器9,该流体过滤器被设置在不可见的进入孔之前,而在该进入孔之后设置有不可见的吸入阀。在未示出的吸入阀和排出阀10之间,在缸元件5内部设置有压力室5.2,该压力室由盖16关闭。排出阀10包括关闭体14、作用在所述关闭体14之上的预张紧装置12和用于支撑预张紧装置12的工具5.6。所示的活塞泵1可以例如设置在泵壳体或流体块的未示出的容纳孔中。横向延伸的压力介质通道可以通入所述容纳孔,而流体通过流体过滤器9被引导经过该压力介质通道进入活塞泵1的进入孔并从活塞泵1的至少一个排出孔被引走。
依据本发明,排出阀10被设置在缸元件5的外圆周上并对被引导通过至少一个位于盖16和缸元件5之间的流出开口16.6的流体流18进行调节。在此所述关闭体14被实施为在所述缸元件5上被导引的、可移动的环形垫圈,其内直径与缸元件5的外直径匹配。
从图1和图2中还可见,预张紧装置12被实施为弹簧元件并将闭合状态中的关闭体14抵着设置在盖16上的密封座16.4挤压。在所示的实施例中,预张紧装置12实施为膜片弹簧。可以替代的是,预张紧装置12可实施为螺旋弹簧和/或板簧和/或波形环。
从图2中还可见,实施为环形垫圈的关闭体14在闭合状态下在径向上以第一密封面14.2抵着缸元件5并且在轴向上以第二密封面14.4抵着盖16上的密封座16.4密封。排出阀10的开启压力通过预张紧装置12的弹簧特性预先指定。此外,在所示实施例中用于支撑实施为弹簧元件的预张紧装置12的工具5.6实施为在缸元件5的圆周上的环形凸肩。
从图2中还可见,盖16上的密封座16.4实施为平的密封座。此外在盖16中设有多个流体通道16.2,所述流体通道分别使流体流18从压力室5.2的排出孔5.4到至少一个流出开口16.6发生180°转向。
本发明的依据本发明的实施方式可以有利的方式实现结构空间的优化应用和非常好的NVH特性。此外通过弹簧-质量-系统的缩小以及泵缸上的关闭体的导引能够以有利的方式改良排出阀的功能。
Claims (8)
1.用于输送流体的活塞泵,该活塞泵包括活塞(3)、缸元件(5)和设置在吸入阀和排出阀(10)之间的压力室(5.2),该压力室由盖(16)关闭,其中所述排出阀(10)包括关闭体(14)、作用在所述关闭体(14)上的预张紧装置(12)和用于支撑所述预张紧装置(12)的工具(5.6),其中,所述排出阀(10)设置在所述缸元件(5)的外圆周上并对被引导通过至少一个位于盖(16)和缸元件(5)之间的流出开口(16.6)的流体流(18)进行调节,其中所述关闭体(14)实施为环形垫圈,该环形垫圈的内直径与所述缸元件(5)的外直径匹配,其特征在于,所述关闭体(14)是在所述缸元件(5)上可移动地被导引的,其中所述预张紧装置(12)的弹簧特性预先确定所述排出阀(10)的开启压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述预张紧装置(12)为弹簧元件并将闭合状态中的所述关闭体(14)抵着设置在所述盖(16)上的密封座(16.4)挤压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,实施为环形垫圈的所述关闭体(14)在闭合状态下在径向上以第一密封面(14.2)抵着所述缸元件(5)并且在轴向上以第二密封面(14.4)抵着所述盖(16)密封。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述预张紧装置(12)为螺旋弹簧或板簧或盘簧或波形环。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,用于支撑实施为弹簧元件的预张紧装置(12)的所述工具(5.6)为在所述缸元件(5)的圆周上的环形凸肩。
6.根据权利要求1至3其中任一项所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,在所述盖(16)上的密封座(16.4)为平的密封座。
7.根据权利要求1至3其中任一项所述的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述盖(16)中设置有至少一个流体通道(16.2),所述流体通道使所述流体流(18)从所述压力室(5.2)到至少一个流出开口(16.6)发生180°转向。
8.汽车制动设备,其特征在于具有至少一个依据权利要求1至7其中任一项所述的活塞泵(1)。
