Claims (11)
- 폴리카복실산형 공중합체 및/또는 그의 염, 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 유도체를 포함하는 시멘트 첨가제로서, 상기 폴리카복실산형 공중합체가 단량체 성분으로서 적어도 불포화 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 에테르형 단량체(A) 및 불포화 모노 또는 디카복실산형 단량체(B)로부터 유도된 공중합체의 1 종 이상을 함유하는 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리카복실산형 공중합체가 추가로 불포화 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 에스테르형 단량체(C), 및/또는 상기 단량체(A) 및 (B) 또는 단량체(A), (B) 및 (C)와 공중합가능한 단량체(D)로부터 유도되는 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단량체(A)가 하기 화학식 1의 화합물이고, 단량체(B)가 하기 화학식 2의 화합물이고, 단량체(C)가 하기 화학식 3의 화합물이고, 단량체(D)가 하기 화학식 4의 화합물인 시멘트 첨가제:화학식 1상기 식에서,R1, R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이되, 단, 모두가 메틸은 아니고;R4는 -CH2O-, -(CH2)2O-, -C(CH3)2O- 또는 -O-이고;R1, R2, R3및 R4의 총 탄소수는 3이고;R5O는 C2-C4옥시알킬렌기의 1 종 이상이고, 2 종 이상인 경우에는 블록 또는 랜덤일 수 있고;R6은 수소, C1-C22알킬기, 페닐기 또는 C1-C18알킬페닐기이고;p는 평균 1 내지 100의 정수이다.화학식 2상기 식에서,R7및 R8은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이고;R9는 수소, 메틸 또는 -(CH2)qCOOM2이고;R10은 -(CH2)r-이고;q 및 r은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이고;M1및 M2는 1가 금속, 2가 금속, 암모늄 또는 유기 아민이다.화학식 3상기 식에서,R11및 R12는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 메틸 또는 (CH2)uCOOM3(여기서, u는 0 내지 2의 정수이고, M3은 1가 금속, 2가 금속, 암모늄 또는 유기 아민임)이고;R13O는 C1-C4옥시알킬렌기의 1 종 이상이고, 2 종 이상인 경우에는 블록 또는 랜덤일 수 있고;R14는 수소, C1-C22알킬기, 페닐기 또는 C1-C22알킬페닐기이고;s는 0 내지 2의 정수이고;t는 평균 1 내지 300의 정수이다.화학식 4상기 식에서,R15, R16, R18및 R19는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이되, 단, 모두가 메틸은 아니고;R17O는 C2-C4옥시알킬렌기의 1 종 이상이고, 2 종 이상인 경우에는 블록 또는 랜덤일 수 있고;w는 평균 1 내지 300의 정수이고;v 및 x는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리카복실산형 공중합체 중 단량체(A) 및 (B)의 조성비가 단량체의 총몰량을 기준으로 하여 30 내지 100 몰%이고, 상기 폴리카복실산형 공중합체의 평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 100,000인 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리알킬렌 글리콜 유도체의 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 100,000이고, 여기서 알킬렌이 하나 이상의 C2-C4종이고, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 말단기가 수소, C1-C18 알킬기 또는 페닐기인 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,혼합 비율로 폴리카복실산형 공중합체 100 중량부 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 유도체 5 내지 50 중량부를 함유한 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,시멘트 조성물에 사용되는 양은 시멘트의 중량을 기준으로 하여 시멘트에 대한 폴리카복실산형 공중합체의 양이 0.05 내지 1.0 중량%이고, 시멘트의 중량을 기준으로 하여 시멘트에 대한 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 유도체의 양이 0.0025 내지 0.5 중량%인 시멘트 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 시멘트 첨가제를 포함하는 고강도 콘크리트 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 시멘트 첨가제를 포함하는, 증기 양생에 의해 제품을 제조하기 위한 콘크리트 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 시멘트 첨가제를 고강도 콘크리트 혼합물에 혼입하는 것을 포함하는, 고강도 콘크리트 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 시멘트 첨가제를 고강도 콘크리트 혼합물에 혼입하는 것을 포함하는, 고강도 콘크리트 혼합물의 제조방법.
