Claims (9)
- 폴리프로필렌의 연속 섬유로 이루어진 부직포에 있어서,상기 연속 섬유가 0.006∼5.8 d의 섬도, 0.019∼0.030의 복굴절율 및 100∼300%의 인장 파단 연신도를 가지며, 상기 섬유들이 실질적으로 서로 기계적 교락(交絡)에 의해 부직포 형태를 유지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 인장 강도가 1∼3 g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 다수의 노즐로부터 압출되는 폴리프로필렌의 연속 섬유를 연신한 후, 한 방향으로 주행하는 벨트에 퇴적시키고, 상기 연속 섬유들을 서로 교락시켜 부직포를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 노즐 근방을 용융 상태로 압출되고 있는 상기 연속 섬유의 온도 부근이 되도록 보온하고, 입구와 출구와 이들 양자 사이에 연장되는 안내 통로를 구비하며, 상기 안내 통로에는 상기 입구에서 출구로 향하는 방향으로 상온의 압축 에어가 흡출되고 있는 서커의 상기 안내 통로로 상기 연속 섬유를 유도하여 급냉하고, 상기 노즐과 상기 서커 사이에 있어서 상기 연속 섬유를 연신하여 상기 연속 섬유의 섬도를 작게 하며, 또한 상기 폴리프로필렌의 분자를 소정의 복굴절율을 얻을 수 있을 정도로까지 배향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연속 섬유가, 상기 노즐 근방에서는 용융 온도 하에서의 섬도가 작아지고, 상기 노즐 근방에서 상기 서커의 입구에 이를 때까지 동안에는 융점 근처의 온도로까지 서서히 강하하며, 상기 서커 내부에 있어서는 상온으로까지 급냉되면서 소정의 복굴절율를 얻을 수 있을 정도로까지 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보온은 압출되고 있는 상기 연속 섬유와 거의 동일한 온도의 열풍이 상기 노즐 근방으로 흡출됨으로써 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 서커 내부에 있어서, 상기 연속 섬유의 섬도가 0.006∼5.8 d가 되도록 상기 연속 섬유를 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 서커 내부에 있어서, 상기 연속 섬유의 복굴절율이 0.019∼0.030이 되도록 상기 폴리프로필렌의 분자를 배향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고압수의 분사에 의해 상기연속 섬유들을 서로 교락시키는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐에서 상기 벨트까지의 거리가 400∼600 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
