Claims (11)
- 초과량의 공기로 작동되는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치의 채널(2)내의 정적 혼합기에 있어서, 크로스 바아(22) 사이에 형성된 다수의 메시(24)를 가진 금속 망(4)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 메시(24)에 의해 형성된 자유 횡단면이 채널(2)의 횡단면 면적의 25% 내지 85%인 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 금속 망(4)이 채널(2)의 종축(21)에 대해 수직인 횡 방향(20)에 대해 경사지고, 상기 경사각이 0°≤ α ≤ 45° 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크로스 바아 폭(b) 대 크로스 바아 두께(d)의 비율이 0.5 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 금속 망(4a 내지 4c)이 층 패킷(18)의 방식으로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 금속 망(4) 또는 금속 망 층(18)이 배기 가스(A)의 흐름 방향으로 볼 때 차례로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 인접한 층(4, 18) 사이의 간격(x)이 채널(2)의 직경(D)의 5배 보다 작거나 또는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 망(4)이 배기 가스(A)의 흐름 방향으로 볼 때 배기 가스 정화 장치의 환원제(R)의 노즐링 장소(19) 앞에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기 가스(A)의 흐름 방향으로 볼 때 제 1 금속 망(4)이 배기 가스 정화 장치의 환원제(R)용 노즐링 장소(19) 앞에 배치되고, 제 2 금속 망(4)이 노즐링 장소(19) 뒤에 그리고 촉매 변환기(12) 앞에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 상이한 메시(24), 크로스 바아(22) 및/또는 노드(26)의 치수를 가진 여러 가지 금속 망(4)이 다수의 층에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정적 혼합기.
- 제 1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 정적 혼합기를 가진, 초과량의 공기로 작동되는 내연기관용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
