Claims (18)
- 침강 실리카를 함유하는 지지물 상에 흡수된 하나 이상의 액체를 함유하는 조절 조성물에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 실질적으로 구형 비드(bead)의 형태이고 하기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 150 ㎛ 초과의 평균 비드 크기,- 0.29 미만의 조밀 충전 밀도(PFD),- 88 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 스크린 오버사이즈(screen oversize),- 직경이 1 ㎛ 미만인 기공으로 구성된 기공 부피(Vd1) 2.0 cm3/g 초과.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리카의 평균 비드 크기가 200 ㎛ 이상, 특히 200 내지 290 ㎛ 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리카의 조밀 충전 밀도가 정확히 0.24 내지 0.29 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카의 75 ㎛ 스크린 오버사이즈가 90 중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카의 DOP 오일 흡수값이 270 ㎖/100 g 이상, 특히 275 ㎖/100 g 이상, 구체적으로 275 내지 320 ㎖/100 g 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카의 직경 1 ㎛ 미만인 기공으로 구성된 기공 부피(Vd1)가 2.1 cm3/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 침강으로 수득된 실리카의 서스펜션을 건조시키는 노즐 분무기를 사용하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 실리카 서스펜션의 고체 함량이, 건조되기 전에, 18.0 내지 20.5 중량%, 바람직하게는 18.5 내지 20.0 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 함량이 60 중량% 이상, 특히 60 내지 75 중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 방부제, 향미제, 착색제 또는 동물 먹이용 액체 보충물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 콜린의 클로라이드염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동 시간 tf가 50 g 및 통과 직경 12 mm 에 대해 11 초 미만, 바람직하게는 10 초 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 유동 시간 tf가 7 초 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 액체 지지물, 특히 동물 먹이용 액체 보충물로서의 침강 실리카의 용도에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 실질적으로 구형 비드의 형태이며 하기임을 특징으로 하는 침강 실리카의 용도:- 150 ㎛ 초과, 바람직하게는 200 ㎛ 초과의 평균 비드 크기,- 0.29 미만, 바람직하게는 정확히 0.24 내지 0.29 의 조밀 충전 밀도(PFD),- 88 중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 90 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 스크린 오버사이즈,- 직경 1 ㎛ 미만인 기공으로 구성된 기공 부피(Vd1) 2.0 cm3/g 초과.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 실리카의 DOP 오일 흡수값이 270 ㎖/100 g 이상, 특히 275 ㎖/100 g 이상, 구체적으로 275 내지 320 ㎖/100 g 임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 실리카의 직경 1 ㎛ 미만인 기공으로 구성된 기공 부피(Vd1)가 2.1 cm3/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 침강으로 수득된 실리카의 서스펜션을 건조시키기 위해 노즐 분무기를 사용하여 얻고, 실리카 서스펜션의 고체 함량이, 건조되기 전에, 18.0 내지 20.5 중량%, 바람직하게는 18.5 내지 20.0 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 콜린의 클로라이드염인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
