Claims (6)
- 평판으로 형성된 바닥판(11)과, 바닥판(11)의 단부에서 기립하는 걸림편(12)을 구비한 FPC압착단자(10)로서, 상기 FPC압착단자(10)는, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)을 FPC(30)의 도체(32)에 밀착시키고, 걸림편(12)을 FPC(30)에 이면 또는 표면에서 꽂고, FPC(30)로부터 돌출한 걸림편(12)의 선단을 바닥판(11)을 향해서 구부리면, 걸림편(12)의 선단과 바닥판(11)사이에서 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51) 및 FPC(30)를 끼워 유지할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FPC압착단자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림편(12)의 바닥판(11)에서 기립하는 높이가 적어도 FPC(30)의 두께와, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)의 외경과의 합보다 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FPC압착단자.
- 평판에 의해 직사각형으로 형성된 바닥판(11)과, 바닥판(11)의 폭방향 양단에서 기립하는 걸림편(12)을 구비한 FPC압착단자(10)로서, 상기 FPC압착단자(10)는, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)을 FPC(30)의 도체(32)에 밀착시키고, 바닥판 폭방향 양단의 걸림편(12)이 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)을 타넘듯이 걸림편(12)을 FPC(30)에 이면 또는 표면에서 꽂고, FPC(30)로부터 돌출한 걸림편(12)의 선단을 바닥판(11)을 향해서 구부리면, 걸림편(12)의 선단과 바닥판(11)사이에서 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51) 및 FPC(30)를 끼워 유지할 수 있도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FPC압착단자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판(11)은, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)의 외경과 거의 일치하는 폭을 가지고 있고, 걸림편(12)의 바닥판(11)에서 기립하는 높이가, 적어도 FPC(30)의 두께와, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)의 외경과의 합보다 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FPC압착단자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판(11)의 길이방향 일단에, 코어(41) 또는 리드선(51)의 빠짐방향으로부터 돌출하는 스토퍼편(13)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FPC압착단자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 FPC압차단자를 이용해서 코어(41)를 FPC(30)에 접속하는 압착구조로서, 코어(41)가 FPC(30)의 도체(32)에 밀착하고, 걸림편(12)이 FPC(30)에 이면 또는 표면에서 꽂히고, FPC(30)로부터 돌출한 걸림편(12)의 선단이 바닥판(11)을 향해서 구부려져, 걸림편(12)의 선단과 바닥판(11)사이에서 코어(41) 및 FPC(30)가 끼워 유지되어 있는 동시에, 걸림편(12)이 코어(41)에 코어(41)의 선단을 남기고 압착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착구조.
