Description
Claims (25)
- 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬로 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속한 전지 팩(8)과,이 전지 팩(8) 내에 냉매를 강제적으로 유동시키는 냉각수단(5)과,단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,냉각수단(5)은 전지 모듈(9)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 냉매를 유동시키도록 구성되고, 온도 검출수단은 냉매 유동의 상류측 및 하류측의 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 검출하고, 전지 팩(8) 내의 온도 분포 경향에 기초하여 상류측 및 하류측의 전지 모듈(9)의 검출온도로부터 중류부의 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 연산하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,전지 팩(8) 내의 온도 분포 경향을 냉매의 유량 및 온도, 충방전 평균전력의 데이터에 기초하여 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,온도 검출수단이 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위로 온도를 검출하는 온도 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,온도 검출수단에 의한 검출 온도에 기초하여 냉각수단(5)의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,냉각수단(5)은 전지 모듈(9)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 냉매를 유동시키도록 구성되고, 온도 검출수단은 냉매 유동방향과 직교하는 방향으로 병렬 배치된 하나의 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 검출하고, 전지 팩(8) 내의 온도 분포 경향에 기초하여 병렬 배치된 다른 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 연산하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,냉각수단(5)은 전지 모듈(9)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 냉매를 유동시키도록 구성되고, 온도 검출수단은 하나의 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 검출함으로써 전지 팩(8) 내의 온도 분포 경향에 기초하여 다른 전지 모듈(9)의 온도를 연산하도록 구성된 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,전지 팩(8) 내의 온도 분포 경향을 냉매의 유량 및 온도, 충방전 평균전력의 데이터에 기초하여 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,온도 검출수단이 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위로 온도를 검출하는 온도 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,온도 검출수단에 의한 검출 온도에 기초하여 냉각수단(5)의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬로 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속한 전지 팩(8)과,이 전지 팩(8) 내에 냉매를 강제적으로 유동시키는 냉각수단 (5)과,상기 전지 팩(8)에 설정한 복수 위치의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출수단과,전지 팩의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출수단(87)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,전압 검출수단은 전지 팩(8)의 총전압을 검출하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,전압 검출수단은 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위로 전압을 검출하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬로 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속한 전지 팩(8)과,이 전지 팩(8) 내에 냉매를 강제적으로 유동시키는 냉각수단(5)과,상기 전지 팩(8)에 설정한 복수 위치의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출수단과,전지 팩(8)의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출수단(87)과,단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출수단과,각 검출수단에 의해 검출된 전압, 전류, 온도에 기초하여 SOC를 산출하는 전지용량 판정수단(2)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,전지용량 판정수단(2)은 전압 검출수단에 의해 검출된 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 전압과, 온도 검출수단에 의해 검출된 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 온도와, 전류 검출수단(87)에 의해 검출된 전류에 기초하여 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 SOC를 산출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,전지용량 판정수단(2)은 각 전지 온도에 대응하여 미리 구해진 전압·전류 데이터표에 각 검출수단에 의해 검출된 전압, 전류, 온도를 참조하여 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 SOC를 산출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,전지용량 판정수단(2)은 온도 검출수단으로 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 온도를 검출하는 것과 아울러, 전압 및 전류의 각 검출수단으로 소정 시간 간격으로 전압 및 전류를 검출하여 각 시점에서의 전압 및 전류의 검출값을 전압·전류 특성 좌표 상에 플로트하여 되는 전압·전류 검출값 군과, 각 전지 온도에 대응하여 미리 구해진 전압·전류 데이터표를 비교하여 단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 SOC를 산출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,전지용량 판정수단(2)은 각 검출수단에 의해 검출된 전압, 전류 및 온도와 전지용량 판정수단(2)에 의해 산출된 SOC에 기초하여 냉각수단(5)의 동작을 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬로 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속하여 전지 팩(8)을 구성하고, 이 전지 팩(8)의 양극과 음극이 모두 당해 전지 전원장치(1)를 사용하는 외부장치에 접속된 전지 전원장치(1)에 있어서,상기 전지 팩(8)과 상기 외부장치의 접속을 개폐하는 릴레이(86)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,릴레이(86)의 접속 회로에 돌입전류 방지수단(88)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,직렬 접속된 전지 모듈(9)의 직렬회로의 적어도 한 곳을 차단하는 직렬회로 차단수단(75)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속한 전지 팩(8)과,이 전지 팩(8) 내에 냉매를 강제적으로 유동시키는 냉각수단(5)과,상기 전지 팩(8)에 설정한 복수 위치의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출수단과,전지 팩(8)의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출수단(87)과,단수 또는 복수의 전지 모듈(9) 단위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출수단과,각 검출수단으로 검출된 전압, 전류, 온도에 기초하여 SOC를 산출하는 전지용량 판정수단(2)과,상기 전지 팩(8)의 양극과 음극이 모두 접속되는 해당 전지 전원장치(1)를 사용하는 외부장치와의 접속을 개폐하는 릴레이(86)를 구비하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 모터(91) 및 발전기(92)를 구비하고, 상기 모터(91)를 주행 구동원으로서 사용하는 자동차(80)에 탑재되고, 2차 전지인 복수개의 단전지(7)를 전기적, 기계적으로 직렬로 접속하여 전지 모듈(9)을 형성하고, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 입체적으로 병렬 배치하여 홀더 케이스(10) 내에 보유시키는 것과 아울러, 복수개의 전지 모듈(9)을 전기적으로 직렬 접속하여 전지 팩(8)을 구성하고, 이 전지 팩(8)의 양극과 음극을 모두 상기 자동차(80)에 접속하는 것과 아울러, 이 전지 팩(8) 내에 강제적으로 냉매를 유동시키는 냉각수단(5)을 구비한 전지 전원장치(1)에 있어서,상기 전지 팩(8)에 설정한 복수 위치의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출수단과,전지 팩(8)의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출수단(87)과,전지 팩(8) 내에 설정한 복수 위치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출수단과,각 검출수단으로 검출된 전압, 전류, 온도에 기초하여 SOC를 산출하는 전지용량 판정수단(2)과,전지 팩(8)의 동작상태 데이터를 상기 자동차(80)의 차량 제어수단(84)에 출력하는 전지상태 전달수단(2)과,상기 전지 팩(8)의 자동차(80)와의 접속회로를 개폐하는 릴레이(86)를 구비하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서,전지상태 전달수단(2)은 각 검출수단에 의해 검출된 전지 팩(8)의 이상 상태를 차량 제어수단(84)에 출력하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서,릴레이(86)는 이상 발생시에 차량 제어수단(84)에 의해 전지 팩(8)의 자동차 (80)와의 접속회로가 차단되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전원장치.
