Claims (7)
- (a) 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,(b) 평균 분자량이 700 내지 10,000이고 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올,(c) 분자량이 700 이상이고 관능가가 2 내지 6이며 에톡실화 정도가 30 중량%를 초과하고 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 에톡실화 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및(d) 임의로는 평균 분자량이 32 내지 700이고 2개 이상의 활성 수소 원자를 함유하는 1종 이상의 화합물, 및(e) 촉매, 물 및(또는) 발포제, 및(f) 임의로는 보조 물질 및 첨가제의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 친수성 폴리에스테르-폴리우레탄 발포 재료인 폴리우레탄 코어 및 1개 이상의 외층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c) 에톡실화 폴리에테르 폴리올의 에톡실화 정도가 50 내지 95 중량%인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c) 에톡실화 폴리에테르 폴리올이 성분 (b), (c) 및 (d)의 합친 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 폴리에스테르-폴리우레탄 발포 재료가 1종 이상의 인 함유 화합물을 포함하는 첨가제를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- (1) 발포 재료의 표면을 가스 화염 버너 바를 사용한 화염 처리로 용융시키고,(2) 발포 재료의 용융된 표면 상에 텍스타일 스트립 재료를 도포하고,(3) 합쳐진 텍스타일 스트립 재료 및 발포 재료를 함께 압착하여 발포 재료의 표면 상에 형성된 용융물과 텍스타일 스트립 재료의 사이에 연속 접합물을 형성시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 발포 재료는(a) 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,(b) 평균 분자량이 700 내지 10,000이고 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올,(c) 분자량이 700 이상이고, 관능가가 2 내지 6이며 에톡실화 정도가 30 중량%를 초과하고 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 에톡실화 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및(d) 임의로는 평균 분자량이 32 내지 700이고 2개 이상의 활성 수소 원자를 함유하는 1종 이상의 화합물, 및(e) 촉매, 물 및(또는) 발포제, 및(f) 임의로는 보조 물질 및 첨가제의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 친수성 폴리에스테르-폴리우레탄 발포체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화염 적층 텍스타일 발포 재료의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, (3) 압착이 한 쌍의 회전 롤러에 의해 달성되는 방법.
- 제5항의 방법에 의해 제조된 화염 적층 텍스타일/발포 재료 복합체.
