Claims (22)
- a) 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 하나 이상의 강화 섬유의 매트 상에 적용하여 함침된 매트를 형성하는 단계,b) 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 승온에서 상기 함침된 매트를 성형하여 성형된 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하는 단계, 및c) 상기 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 탈형시키는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물은 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리올(들) 100 중량부 당 약 3.0 내지 약 5.5 부의 물을 포함하고, 상기 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물은 분자 당 평균 3.8 내지 약 8개의 히드록실기 및 약 100 내지 약 135의 히드록실 등가 중량을 가지며, 또한 폴리이소시아네이트 지수는 90 내지 130인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 c)를 단계 b)의 개시 후 60초 이내에 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물에 함유된 70% 이상의 히드록실기가 2급 히드록실기이고, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 혼합물이 실질적으로 1급 또는 2급 아미노기를 함유하지 않는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물이 하나 이상의 3급 아민 촉매를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 3급 아민 촉매가 겔화 촉매인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 3급 아민 촉매가 5 중량% 이하의 유기금속 촉매, 삼량체화 촉매 및 발포 촉매를 함유하는 3급 아민 촉매의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물이 유기금속 촉매, 삼량체화 촉매 및 발포 촉매를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물이 분자 당 평균 3.8 내지 5개의 히드록실기를 갖고, 110 내지 130의 히드록실 등가 중량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 혼합물이 폴리올의 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 이하의 글리세린을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 겔화 촉매가 트리에틸렌 디아민, 디메틸벤질아민, 디메틸시클로헥실 아민 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 매트가 절단된 또는 연속 유리 섬유로 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b) 전에, 하나 이상의 추가의 층을 함침된 매트와 접촉시켜 다층 구조물을 형성하고, 상기 다층 구조물을 단계 b)에서 성형하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 층이 강화 스크림 또는 필름인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, d) 성형된 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 하나 이상의 보여지는 표면에 가열 적층하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 보여지는 표면이 발포체-배킹된 필름 또는 시트인 방법.
- a) 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 하나 이상의 강화 섬유의 매트 상에 적용하여 함침된 매트를 형성하는 단계,b) 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 승온에서 상기 함침된 매트를 성형하여 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 자동차용 헤드라이너 형태로 형성하는 단계, 및c) 상기 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 탈형시키는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물은 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리올(들) 100 중량부 당 약 3.0 내지 약 5.5 부의 물을 포함하고, 상기 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물은 분자 당 평균 3.8 내지 약 8개의 히드록실기 및 약 100 내지 약 135의 히드록실 등가 중량을 가지며, 또한 폴리이소시아네이트 지수는 90 내지 125인, 자동차 헤드라이너의 제조 방법.
- a) 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 하나 이상의 강화 섬유의 매트 상에 적용하여 함침된 매트를 형성하는 단계,b) 열가소성 접착제 필름을 상기 함침된 매트의 하나 이상의 표면에 적용하는 단계,c) 상기 단계 b) 전에 또는 그와 동시에 또는 그 후에 상기 함침된 매트를 금형으로 도입하는 단계,d) 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화시키기에 충분히 높지만, 열가소성 접착제 필름의 용융 온도 미만인 온도에서 상기 함침된 매트를 성형하여 하나 이상의 표면 상에 접착제 필름을 갖는 성형된 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하는 단계,e) 상기 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체를 탈형시키는 단계,f) 보여지는 표면을 접착제 필름에 적용하는 단계, 및g) 상기 접착제 필름을 그의 용융 온도 초과의 온도로 가열하여 보여지는 표면을 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 발포성 폴리우레탄 조성물은 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리올(들) 100 중량부 당 약 3.0 내지 약 5.5 부의 물을 포함하고, 상기 폴리올 또는 폴리올의 혼합물은 분자 당 평균 3.8 내지 약 8개의 히드록실기 및 약 100 내 지 약 135의 히드록실 등가 중량을 가지며, 또한 폴리이소시아네이트 지수는 90 내지 130인, 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 섬유-강화 폴리우레탄 발포체가 단계 c)의 개시 후 60초 이내에 탈형되는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 단계 g)가 단계 e)의 1시간 이내에 수행되는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 단계 g)가 단계 e)의 30분 이내에 수행되는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 단계 d) 전에 하나 이상의 스크림 층을 함침된 매트의 표면에 적용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조성물이 폴리올(들) 100 중량부 당 약 0.10 중량부 이하의 발포 촉매를 함유하는 것인 방법.
