Claims (12)
- 70% 미만의 독립 기포(closed cell) 함량 및 50 내지 80 g/L의 밀도를 갖는 열성형성 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리아미드 폼을 제조하는 방법으로서,
(a) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를
(b) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 중합체 화합물,
(c) 임의로 가교제 및/또는 사슬 연장제,
(d) 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 하나 이상의 카르복실산,
e) N-메틸이미다졸, 멜라민, 구아니딘, 시아누르산, 디시안디아미드, 이들의 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 루이스 염기 성분을 포함하는 촉매, 및
(f) 임의로 보조제 및 첨가제
와 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 및
이 반응 혼합물을 반응시켜 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리아미드 폼을 형성시키는 단계
를 포함하고, 여기서 반응 혼합물은 성분(a) 내지 성분(f)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 각각 1 중량% 미만의 물리적 발포제 및 1 중량% 미만의 물을 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 2 내지 30개의 탄소 원자의 지방족 디카르복실산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실산(d)은 순수 형태로 200℃ 이하의 융점을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 4 내지 9개의 탄소 원자의 선형 지방족 디카르복실산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 폴리에스테르디카르복실산인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 이온성 액체의 음이온인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 카르복실산 무수물 또는 카르복실레이트 염인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 작용가를 갖는 카르복실산(d)이 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 중합체 화합물(b) 중의 용액의 형태인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 중합체 화합물(b)은 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리올의 알킬렌 옥사이드 함량을 기준으로 50 중량% 이상의 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드 함량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 중합체 화합물(b), 임의로 가교제 및/또는 사슬 연장제(c), 적어도 이작용성 카르복실산(d), 루이스 염기 성분을 포함하는 촉매(e) 및 임의로 보조제 및 첨가제(f)의 혼합물을 포함하는 성분(A)를 유기의 임의로 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트(a)를 포함하는 성분(B)와 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성시키는 2 성분 공정에 따라 조작되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는, 70% 미만의 독립 기포 함량을 갖는 열성형성 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리아미드 폼.
- 자동차의 내장 라이닝 또는 엔진실 라이닝을 위한, 제10항에 따른 열성형성 경질 폴리우레탄-폴리아미드 폼의 용도.
