Claims (20)
- 시료 중의 측정 대상물을 산화환원반응을 이용하여 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 산화환원반응에 앞서서, 시료에 테트라졸륨 화합물을 첨가하여 상기 시료 중에 포함되는 환원물질의 영향을 배제하여, 그 후, 상기 측정 대상물 유래의 환원물질 또는 산화물질을 발생시켜, 이 양을 산화환원반응에 의해 측정하여, 이 측정치로부터 상기 측정 대상물의 양을 결정하는 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물이 테트라졸환의 적어도 2 개소에 환 구조 치환기를 갖는 측정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 2 개의 환 구조 치환기의 환 구조가 벤젠환인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물이 테트라졸환의 적어도 3 개소에 환 구조 치환기를 갖고, 상기 환 구조 치환기 중 적어도 2 개의 환 구조 치환기의 환 구조가 벤젠환인 측정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 환 구조 치환기가 전자흡인성 작용기를 갖는 측정방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 전자흡인성 작용기가 할로겐기, 에테르기, 에스테르기, 카복시기, 아실기, 니트로소기, 니트로기, 히드록시기 및 술포기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 작용기인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물이 테트라졸환의 2 위치 및 3 위치에 벤젠환을 갖고, 상기 벤젠환 중 적어도 한 쪽이 할로겐기, 카복시기, 니트로기, 히드록시기, 술포기, 메톡시기 및 에톡시기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 작용기를 갖는 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물이 2-(4-요오도페닐)-3-(4-니트로페닐) -5-(2,4-디술포페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염, 2-(4-요오도페닐)-3-(2,4-디니트로페닐)-5-(2,4-디술포페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염, 2-(2-메톡시-4-니트로페닐)-3-(4-니트로페닐)-5-(2,4-디술포페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염, 2-(4-요오도페닐)-3-(4-니트로페닐)-5-페닐-2H-테트라졸륨염, 3,3'-(1,1'-비페닐-4,4'-디일)-비스(2,5-디페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염,3,3'-[3,3'-디메톡시-(1,1'-비페닐)-4,4'-디일]-비스[2-(4-니트로페닐)-5-페닐-2H-테트라졸륨염], 2,3-디페닐-5-(4-클로로페닐)테트라졸륨염, 2,5-디페닐-3-(p-디페닐)테트라졸륨염, 2,3-디페닐-5-(p-디페닐)테트라졸륨염, 2,5-디페닐-3-(4-스티릴페닐)테트라졸륨염, 2,5-디페닐-3-(m-톨릴)테트라졸륨염 및 2,5-디페닐-3-(p-톨릴)테트리졸륨염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물이 2-(4-요오도페닐)-3-(2,4-디니트로페닐)-5-(2,4-디술포페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨 화합물을 시료 1 ㎕ 당 O.001∼100 μmol의 범위가 되도록 첨가하는 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시료가 전혈이고, 테트라졸륨 화합물을 전혈 1 ㎕ 당 0.001∼10 μmol의 범위가 되도록 첨가하는 측정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 시료가 전혈이고, 2-(4-요오도페닐)-3-(2,4-니트로페닐)-5-(2,4-디술포페닐)-2H-테트라졸륨염을 전혈 1 ㎕ 당 0.001∼0.4 μmol의 범위가 되도록 첨가하는 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정 대상물 유래의 산화물질이 과산화수소이고, 산화환원반응의 측정이 상기 과산화수소 양의 측정인 측정방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 과산화수소 양의 측정이 퍼옥시다아제와 산화에 의해 발색하는 기질을 사용한 측정인 측정방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 기질이 N-(카복시메틸아미노카보닐)-4,4'-비스(디메틸아미노)디페닐아민나트륨인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정 대상물이 적혈구내 성분인 측정방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 측정 대상물이 적혈구내의 당화 단백질이고, 상기 당화 단백질의 당부분을 프룩토실아미노산 옥시다아제로 산화분해함으로써 과산화수소를 발생시키는 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시료 중의 환원물질의 분자량이 10,000 이상인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시료 중의 환원물질이 단백질인 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시료 중의 환원물질이 헤모글로빈인 측정방법.
