Claims (13)
- 하우징내에 형성된 피스톤 가이드 안에서 이동가능하게 장착된 적어도 하나의 피스톤과, 상기 하우징내에 장착되어 있으며 크랭크 부재가 형성되어 있는 구동축과, 상기 크랭크부재 위에 회전가능하게 지탱되어 상기 구동축의 피스톤을 받아들일 수 있게 구성된 승강링을 포함하는 왕복 펌프, 특히 연소모터의 연료주입 장치용 왕복 펌프에 있어서,덧붙여진 미끄럼 베어링면(34) 위에 미끄럼면(40)이 달린 피스톤(35)은 회전하지 않는 승강링(28)에 지탱되어 있으며, 이 때 상기 미끄럼 베어링면(34)에는 사실상 피스톤(35)과 승강링(28)간의 상대적 운동에 대하여 수평을 이루는 윤활홈(41)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사실상 서로 평행하게 상기 평평한 미끄럼 베어링면(34)에 형성된 윤활홈(41)의 간격(d)은 상기 피스톤(35)이 피스톤 충정(衝程)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼 베어링면(34)에 형성된 윤활홈(41)의 부분 크기(T)는 상기 피스톤(35)의 피스톤 충정보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활홈(41)의 모서리(41'')는 둥글게 마무리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 승강링(28)은 금속으로, 특히 강철로 이루어져 있으며, 플라스틱, 바람직하게는 열가소성 수지 중에서도 특히, 경화 윤활재료 역할을 하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 주행면이 달린 베어링쉘(29)에 의해 크랭크 부재(27)위에 지탱되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 승강링(28)용 베어링쉘(29)은 금속/플라스틱-합성 재료로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 승강링(28)은 플라스틱으로, 바람직하게는 고온에서 내열성을 갖는 폴리머, 특히 폴리이미드 또는 PEEK로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(35)에 설치된 미끄럼면(40)은 피스톤에 장착된 미끄럼슈(36,36')에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(35)에 설치된 미끄럼면(40)은 강철로, 바람직하게는 코팅된 강철, 특히 탄소 코팅된 강철로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 피스톤(35)에 설치된 미끄럼면(40)은 미끄럼슈(36)에 장착된 미끄럼 부재(39)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼 부재(39)는 플라스틱으로, 바람직하게는 고온내열성 폴리머, 특히 폴리이미드 또는 PEEK로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(35)의 외연면 둘레에는 홈(54)이 둘러쌓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(35)의 외연면은 코팅, 특히 탄소 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 펌프.
