Description
Claims (15)
- 전력용 반도체소자 및 상기 전력용 반도체소자를 냉각하기 위해 수직방향으로 배치되는, 히트파이프식 냉각기를 갖는 스택과,상기 스택의 하방에 배치되고, 외부와의 접속용 도체를 포함한 전기용품을 설치한 전력변환장치.
- 전력용 반도체소자 및 상기 전력용 반도체소자를 냉각하기 위해 수직방향으로 배치되는, 히트파이프식 냉각기를 갖는 스택과,상기 히트파이프식 냉각기에 설치되고, 상기 스택을 수납한 프레임에 설치한 가이드레일을 따라 이동할 수 있는 가동부와,상기 스택의 하방에 배치되고, 외부와의 접속용 도체를 포함한 전기용품을 설치한 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 외부와의 접속용 도체를 포함한 상기 전기용품을 절연가스를 봉입한 밀폐용기에 수납하는 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기는 공기의 유입방향은 하방으로, 유출방향은 상방으로 경사진 부분을 갖는 방열휜을 구비한 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기는 방열휜이 히트파이프에 대해 비스듬히 배치된 전력변환장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기의 방열휜 측면에 공기의 흐름방향을 한정시키는 측판을 설치한 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기는 히트파이프가 방열휜을 갖지 않는 복수의 파이프로 구성된 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기는 복수의 핀 형상의 휜을 갖는 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기는 방열휜이 수직방향으로 배치된 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기가 수열부분과 방열부분이 전기적으로 절연되고, 물보다도 전기적으로 절연성이 높은 냉매를 사용한 절연형 히트파이프식 냉각기인 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트파이프식 냉각기에 스프링 감쇠요소를 설치한 전력변환장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가이드레일에 탄성재를 설치한 전력변환장치.
- 상기 히트파이프가 방열휜을 갖지 않는 복수의 파이프로 구성된 전력변환장치용 히트파이프식 냉각기.
- 상기 휜은 복수의 핀 형상의 휜을 갖는 전력변환장치용 히트파이프식 냉각기.
- 상기 방열휜이 히트파이프와 같은 방향으로 배치된 전력변환장치용 히트파이프식 냉각기.
