Claims (10)
- 중유연소에 의해 생성된 배출가스로부터의 유황산화물을 흡수 및 제거하는 습식배연탈황장치로부터 배출된 배연탈황배수의 처리방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 배수에 광산을 첨가하여 산성하에서 가열하고, 상기 배수 중의 이티온산 및 질소-황화합물을 분해하는 산분해공정과,(b) 상기 산분해공정에서 처리된 배수를 pH10∼11로 조정하여, 배수 중의 마그네슘을 수산화마그네슘으로 변화시키고, 프록으로 석출시켜, 상기 프록 및 그것에 의하여 포착한 중금속 성분으로부터 형성된 침전물을 분리하는 응집침전공정A와,(c) 상기 응집침전공정A에서 처리된 배수에 킬레이트제 및 철화합물을 첨가하고, pH6∼8로 배수를 조정하여 중금속킬레이트 화합물을 생성시키고, 수산화제이철의 프록을 석출시켜, 상기 수산화제이철의 프록 및 그것에 의하여 포착한 상기 중금속킬레이트 화합물로부터 생성한 침전물을 분리하는 응집침전공정B를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(d) 상기 응집침전공정B에서 처리된 배수를 모래여과처리하여 배수의 현탁물을 제거하는 모래여과공정과,(e) 상기 모래여과공정에서 처리된 배수를 활성탄과 접촉시켜 유기COD성분을 활성탄에 흡착시킴으로서 제거하는 활성탄흡착공정을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 중유매연에 의해 생성된 배출가스 중의 황산화물을 흡착 및 제거하는 습식배연탈황장치로부터 배출된 배연탈황배수의 처리방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 배수에 광산을 첨가하여 산성 하에서 배수를 가열하고, 상기 배수 중의 이티온산 및 질소-황 화합물을 분해하는 산분해공정; 및(b) 상기 산분해공정에서 처리된 배수에 킬레이트제를 첨가하고, pH8∼10으로 배수를 조정하여, 중금속킬레이트 화합물을 생성시킨 후, 배수에 철화합물을 첨가시키고, pH8∼10으로 배수를 유지시켜, 수산화제이철의 프록을 석출시키고, 상기 수산화제이철의 프록 및 그것에 의하여 포착한 상기 중금속킬레이트 화합물로부터 생성한 침전물을 분리하는 응집침전공정C를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,(c) 상기 응집침전공정C에서 처리된 배수를 모래여과처리하여 배수 중의 현탁물을 제거하는 모래여과공정과,(d) 상기 모래여과공정에서 처리된 배수를 활성탄과 접촉시켜 유기COD성분을 활성탄에 흡착시킴으로서 제거하는 활성탄흡착공정을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산분해공정이 배연탈황배수에 염산을 그 농도가 0.2∼2.0중량%로 되도록 첨가하여 95∼130℃로 배수를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산분해공정이 배연탈황배수에 염산을 그 농도가 0.2∼2.0중량%로 되도록 첨가하여 95∼130℃로 배수를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 킬레이트 형성기로서 디티오카르바민산기 또는 티올기를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 킬레이트 형성기로서 디티오카르바민산기 또는 티올기를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 킬레이트 형성기로서 디티오카르바민산기 또는 티올기를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제가 킬레이트 형성기로서 디티오카르바민산기 또는 티올기를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배연탈황배수의 처리방법.
