Claims (18)
- 화학식 1의 화합물을 화학식 2의 히드로젠-폴리플루오라이드 올리고중합반응(oligomerization) 촉매의 존재하에서 올리고중합반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 이미노옥사디아진 디온기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.화학식 1(OCN-CH2)X여기서, X는 폴리이소시아네이트 단량체로부터 OCN-CH2기를 제거함으로써 제조된, 3 내지 20개의 탄소 원자 및 적어도 하나의 NCO기를 포함하는 잔기임.화학식 2Mn+n[F-(HF)m]여기서, M은 n가의 양이온이고, m은 0.1 이상임
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고중합반응 촉매가 화학식 3의 테트라오르가닐-암모늄 또는 포스포늄 히드로젠 폴리플루오라이드인 방법.화학식 3R4E+[F-(HF)m]여기서, E는 N 또는 P이고, R은 같거나 다르고, 1 내지 25개의 탄소원자를 가지고 O, N 또는 할로겐으로 임의로 치환된 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼임.
- 제2항에 있어서, E는 N이고, R은 같거나 다르고, 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 가지고 O, N 또는 할로겐으로 임의로 치환된 지방족, 지환족, 방향지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고중합반응 촉매는 화학식 4의 벤질트리메틸암모늄 히드로젠 폴리플루오라이드인 방법.화학식 4C6H5CH2(CH2)3N+[F-(HF)m]여기서, m은 0.1 이상임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고중합반응 촉매는 화학식 5의 테트라알킬암모늄 히드로젠 폴리플루오라이드인 방법.화학식 5R4N+[F-(HF)m]여기서, R은 같거나 다르고, 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 또는 지환족 라디칼이고, m은 0.1 이상임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고중합반응 촉매는 화학식 6의 테트라알킬암모늄 히드로젠 폴리플루오라이드인 방법.화학식 6R3(R')N+[F-(HF)m]여기서, R은 같거나 다르고, 1 내지 15개의 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 라디칼이고, R'는 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 라디칼이고, m은 0.1 이상임.
