Claims (11)
- 에틸렌과 소량의 C3-C6알파올레핀을, 에틸렌 중합반응 촉매의 존재하에 슬러리 반응기에서 입자 형태로 중합반응시키므로써 에틸렌 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 중합반응을 프로판 희석제중에서 80℃ 이상의 온도하에 수행하며, 상기 촉매는 알루목산 화합물로 활성화된 메탈로센 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 루프 반응기에서 연속적으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 하기 화학식 1 로 표시되는 메탈로센으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:화학식 1(Cp)mRnMR'oXp상기 식중, Cp 는 치환 또는 무치환 및/또는 축합된 호모 또는 헤테로시클로펜타디에닐이고, R 은 1 내지 4 개의 원자를 갖고 2 개의 Cp 고리를 연결시키는 기이며, M 는 4A, 5A 또는 6A족(허바드) 전이 금속이며, R' 는 C1-C2히드로카르빌 또는 히드로카르복시기이며, X 는 할로겐 원자이고, m 은 1-3 이며, n 은 0 또는 1 이고, o 는 0-3 이고, p 는 0-3 이며, 합계 n+o+p 는 전이 금속 M 의 산화 상태에 상응한다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, M 이 지르코늄, 하프늄 또는 티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 화합물이 비스(n-부틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드 또는 비스(인데닐)지르코늄디클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 화학식 R-(Al(R)-O)n-AlR2또는 (-Al(R)-O-)m으로 표시되고, 식중 n 은 1-40 이고, m 은 3-40 이며, r 은 C1-C8알킬기인 알루목산 화합물로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 다공성 무기 또는 유기 담체 물질상에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 에틸렌, 코모노머, 희석제 및 임의로 수소로 이루어진 혼합물의 상응하는 임계 온도 및 압력점 이상이되 상기 중합체의 연화점 이하인, 온도 및 압력하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 910-928 kg/m3의 저밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 중합반응을 95-110℃ 의 온도에서 50 바아 이상의 압력하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 생성물의 Mw/Mn값이 2-3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
