Abstract
본 고안은 낚시대용 롯드에 관한 것으로, 수지접착제가 함침된 카본사직물을 이용하여 성형한 관상체(10)상에 수지하도장재층(12)과 수지상도장재층(14)이 도층되어 경화시키는 롯드(16)에 있어서, 관상체(10)상에 도층된 수지하도장재층(12)상에 금속광택색의 알루미늄증착층(18)을 증착형성한다.

본 고안은 낚시용 롯드에 관한 것으로, 외관을 금속광택색으로 미려하게 하고 롯드의 강도를 강화시킨 낚시대용 롯드에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 고안은 낚시대용 롯드 또는 골프채용 샤프트에 적용할 수 있다.
종래의 낚시대용 롯드는 예를들어 소위 카본낚시대용 롯드의 경우 심체가 카본사직물을 수지접착제의 함침상태에서 관상체로 성형하고 그 외면에 유색 또는 무색의 수지도료를 도포하고 건조하는 것을 반복하여 낚시대용 롯드가 완성된다. 이와 같은 종래기술의 낚시대용 롯드는 이것이 소위 카본낚시대용 롯드가 아니더라도 심체로서의 관상체가 다른 강화소재로 구성되는 것을 제외하고는 상기한 일반적인 공정으로 제조된다. 그러나 이러한 종래기술의 낚시대용 롯드는 외관이 대부분 유색수지도료 또는 코팅재료로 표현되므로서 비록 다양성은 있을 수 있으나 다른 제조사의 제품과는 차별화할 수 있는 기회가 거의 없다.
본 고안에 있어서는 롯드의 외관을 금속광택식으로 미려하게 표현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이러한 금속광택색을 조장하는 소재의 특성으로 롯드의 강도가 강화될 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
수지접착제가 함침된 카보사직물 또는 다른 종류의 직물을 이용하여 성형한 관상체(10)상에 자외선안정제함유의 수지하도장재층(12)을 도층하고 외면에 역시 자외선안정제함유의 수지하도장재층(12)을 도층하고 외면에 역시 자외선안정제함유의 수지상도장재층(14)을 도층하여 경화시킨 롯드(16)에 있어서, 관상체(10)상에 도층된 수지하도장재층(12)상에 금속광택색의 알루미늄증착층(18)을 0.01-0.03m/m의 두께로 증착형성하여서된 구조이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 관상체(10)상에 자외선안정제함유의 수지하도장재층(12)을 도층하고 자외선로를 통과시켜 경화시킨후 알루미늄증착층(18)을 0.01-0.03m/m의 두께로 화학증착(CVD)시켜 롯드(16)의 외면에 금속광택색으로 도층하고 역시 자외선로를 통과시켜 경화시키므로서 완성된 롯드(16)를 얻는다. 이러한 본 고안의 롯드(16)는 외관상 금속광택색의 미려한 색상을 얻을 수 있으며 이러한 금속광택색을 나타내는 알루미늄증착층(18)의 알루미늄이 갖는 인성과 이러한 알루미늄증착층(18)이 결합되는 롯드(16)의 다른 구성부분에 대한 상대적인 고강도에 의하여 롯드(16)의 강도가 전반적으로 강화되는 이점이 있는 것이다. 이와 같이 본 고안의 롯드(16)는 골프채의 샤프트에 적용하는 경우 우수한 탄성과 강도를 부여할 수도 있을 것이다.

- 수지접착제가 함침된 카본사직물을 이용하여 성형한 관상체(10)상에 수지하도장재층(12)과 수지상도장재층(14)을 도층하여 경화시키는 롯드(16)에 있어서, 관상체(10)상에 도층된 수지하도장재층(12)상에 금속광택색의 알루미늄증착층(18)을 증착형성하여서된 낚시대용 롯드.
