Abstract
보조 권선 3은 복수개의 펄스 변성기 tr1, tr2를 서로 자기적으로 결합시킨다. 펄스 변성기의 제조상의 차이 등으로 인한 인가 전압의 불균형이 해소된 전력 변환기의 게이트 구동 회로가 제공된다.

Claims (2)
- 직렬로 연결된 반도체 소자;
각각 1차 권선과 2차 권선을 포함하는 펄스 변성기들; 및
상기 펄스 변성기들 사이에 자기 결합을 형성하는 보조 권선;
을 포함하되,
상기 펄스 변성기들의 상기 1차 권선이 직렬로 연결되고, 상기 펄스 변성기들의 상기 2차 권선은 각각 상기 반도체 소자에 직접 또는 간접적으로 연결되며, 상기 펄스 변성기들은 1차 측에서 2차 측으로 전력 또는 전력 및 제어 신호를 전송하는 동안 상기 펄스 변성기들의 1차 측과 2차 측 사이에 절연을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환기의 게이트 구동 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펄스 변성기들이 n개 단계들로 이루어지되, 여기서 n은 2 이상의 자연수이고,
1단의 상기 펄스 변성기에는 상기 1단의 후단의 상기 펄스 변성기와 자기 결합을 형성하는 후단 결합 보조 권선이 구비되고;
상기 1단과 n단을 제외한 각 단계의 상기 펄스 변성기에는 각 단의 전단의 상기 펄스 변성기와 자기 결합을 형성하는 전단 결합 보조 권선; 및 각 단의 후단의 상기 펄스 변성기와 자기 결합을 형성하는 후단 결합 보조 권선이 구비되고;
상기 n단의 상기 펄스 변성기에는 상기 n단의 전단의 상기 펄스 변성기와 자기 결합을 형성하는 전단 결합 보조 권선이 구비되며;
k 단의 상기 펄스 변성기의 상기 후단 결합 보조 권선과 (k+1) 단의 상기 펄스 변성기의 상기 전단 결합 보조 권선은 서로 연결되며;
여기서 k는 1부터 n-1까지의 자연수 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환기의 게이트 구동 회로.
