도 1은 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 분무기 조립체의 메쉬 요소의 단면도를 보여주고 있으며;
도 2는 도 1의 메쉬 요소의 평면도를 보여주고 있으며;
도 3은 도 1의 메쉬 요소의 일부분의 확대 단면도를 보여주고 있으며;
도 4는 도 1의 메쉬 요소의 단일 노즐의 단면도를 보여주고 있으며;
도 5는 제2 층의 대안적인 외부 표면을 도시하는 도 1의 메쉬 요소의 단일 노즐의 단면도를 보여주고 있으며;
도 6은 도 1의 메쉬 요소를 갖는 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 분무기 조립체의 사시 단면도를 보여주고 있으며; 그리고
도 7은 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 에어로졸 발생 시스템의 분해 단면도를 보여주고 있다.
Claims (17)
- 분무기 조립체로서:
진동 챔버로서,
분무될 액체를 함유하고 있는 공동,
상기 공동에 분무될 액체의 공급부를 제공하기 위한 액체 유입구,
탄성 변형 가능 요소, 및
복수의 노즐을 포함하는 메쉬 요소를 갖는, 진동 챔버; 및
상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시키도록 배열되어 있는 액추에이터를 포함하고,
상기 진동 챔버와 상기 진동 챔버의 공동 내에 함유된 액체는 진동 시스템을 형성하고;
상기 액추에이터에 의한 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소의 진동은 상기 공동 내부의 압력을 변화시키고; 그리고
상기 액추에이터는 상기 진동 시스템의 공진 진동수에서 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시켜 상기 공동으로부터 상기 메쉬 요소의 노즐을 통해 상기 공동 내에 함유된 액체를 배출시키도록 구성되어 있는, 분무기 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터는 상기 진동 시스템의 제2 조화 진동과 같거나 큰 진동 시스템의 공진 진동수에서 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시키도록 구성되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 챔버는 분무될 액체를 수용하기 위한 공동을 한정하고 있는 벽면들을 포함하고,
상기 벽면들 중 제1 벽면은 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 포함하고;
상기 제1 벽면과 대향하는 상기 벽면들 중 제2 벽면은 상기 메쉬 요소를 포함하고; 그리고
상기 벽면들 중 한 벽면은 액체 유입구를 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터는 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 상기 메쉬 요소를 향하여 그리고 그로부터 멀리 진동시키도록 배열되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터는 압전 요소를 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 예비-로딩 요소를 더 포함하고, 상기 압전 요소는 상기 예비-로딩 요소와 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소 사이에 배열되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압전 요소는 상기 예비-로딩 요소와 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소 사이에서 압축되고, 상기 예비-로딩 요소는 상기 예비-로딩 요소와 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소 사이의 압전 요소의 압축을 변화시키도록 조정가능한 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 챔버의 공동 내에 함유된 분무될 액체를 가열하도록 배열되어 있는 히터를 더 포함하는, 분무기 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 히터는 상기 메쉬 요소에서 또는 상기 메쉬 요소 상에 위치하고 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 에어로졸 발생 시스템으로서,
제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분무기 조립체; 및
분무될 액체의 공급부를 함유하고 있는 액체 저장조를 포함하되, 상기 액체 저장조는 상기 진동 챔버의 액체 유입구와 유체 연통하고 있어서 상기 액체 저장조로부터 상기 진동 챔버의 공동으로 액체를 공급하는, 에어로졸 발생 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 상기 액체 저장조를 포함하는 카트리지 및 상기 카트리지를 제거 가능하게 수용하기에 적합한 에어로졸 발생 장치를 포함하는 것인, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지는 상기 분무기 조립체를 포함하는 것인, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치는 상기 분무기 조립체를 포함하는 것인, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치는 상기 카트리지의 액체 저장조에 함유된 분무될 액체를 식별하기 위한, 액체 식별 시스템을 더 포함하는 것인, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지는 상기 액체 저장조에 함유된 액체를 식별하기 위한 식별자를 더 포함하고, 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치의 액체 식별 시스템은 상기 카트리지가 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치 상에 수용될 때 상기 카트리지의 식별자를 검출하기 위한 검출기를 포함하는 것인, 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 에어로졸 발생 장치로서,
제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분무기 조립체;
전력 공급부;
상기 전력 공급부로부터 상기 액추에이터로의 전력 공급을 제어하도록 배열되어 있는 컨트롤러; 및
액체 저장조를 수용하고 액체 저장조로부터 액체 유입구까지 액체를 공급하도록 배열되어 있는 커넥터를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치. - 분무기 조립체 작동 방법으로서, 상기 분무기 조립체는:
진동 챔버로서,
분무될 액체를 함유하고 있는 공동,
상기 공동에 분무될 액체의 공급부를 제공하기 위한 액체 유입구,
탄성 변형 가능 요소, 및
복수의 노즐을 포함하는 메쉬 요소를 갖는, 진동 챔버; 및
상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시키도록 배열되어 있는 액추에이터를 포함하고,
상기 진동 챔버와 상기 진동 챔버의 공동 내에 함유된 액체는 진동 시스템을 형성하고, 상기 방법은 상기 액추에이터를 구동시켜 상기 진동 시스템의 공진 진동수에서 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시켜 상기 공동으로부터 상기 메쉬 요소의 노즐을 통해 상기 공동에 함유된 액체를 배출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 분무기 조립체 작동 방법.
