도 4는 메쉬를 사용하는 에어로졸 발생 장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (13)
- 제1 표면, 제2 표면, 및 상기 제1 표면과 상기 제2 표면 사이에서 연장되어 있는 복수의 노즐을 포함하는 분무기 조립체용 메쉬로서, 상기 제1 표면은 친수성 코팅층으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되거나 상기 제2 표면은 소수성 코팅층으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되어 있고, 상기 노즐은 내부 표면을 정의하고, 상기 내부 표면은 친수성 코팅층으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되어 있으며, 각각의 노즐은 상기 제1 표면 내의 제1 개구 및 상기 제2 표면 내의 제2 개구를 정의하고, 상기 제2 개구는 2.5㎛ 내지 4㎛의 직경을 갖는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 표면은 친수성 코팅층으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되고 상기 제2 표면은 소수성 코팅층으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 표면, 상기 제2 표면, 또는 상기 제1 및 제2 표면 둘 모두의 전체 표면이 코팅되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 코팅층은 폴리우레탄(PU) 또는 초소수성 금속 층 또는 이들 모두의 조합을 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초소수성 금속 층은 탄소 사슬로 관능화된 미세다공성 금속 또는 탄소 사슬로 관능화된 금속 메쉬를 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.

- 셀룰로오스 아세테이트,
- 면. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 코팅층은 SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, Ta2O5, HfO2 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬는 실리콘으로 만들어진 것인, 분무기 조립체용 메쉬.
- 삭제
- 에어로졸 발생 장치용 분무기 조립체로서, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 메쉬를 포함하는, 분무기 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조립체는
탄성 변형 가능 요소;
상기 메쉬 요소와 상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소 사이에 위치된 공동;
상기 공동에 분무될 액체의 공급을 제공하기 위한 액체 유입구; 및
상기 탄성 변형 가능 요소를 진동시키도록 배열되어 있는 작동기를 더 포함하는 것인, 분무기 조립체. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬의 제1 표면이 상기 공동과 대면하고 상기 메쉬의 제2 표면이 상기 분무기 조립체의 외측을 대면하도록 상기 메쉬가 위치되어 있는 것인, 분무기 조립체.
- 제10항에 따른 분무기 조립체를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치.
