Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 성분 (I) 및 (II)를 포함하는 조성물로서, 여기서 성분 (I)은 비-방향족 유기 라디칼 Z를 통해 규소 원자에 결합된 적어도 1개의 방향족 라디칼 R(아릴)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 오르가노실록산 (I)이고, 성분 (II)는 오르가노실록산 (I)과 상이하며 적어도 1개의 에틸렌계 불포화, 라디칼 중합성 기를 갖는 적어도 1종의 오르가노실록산 (II)인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 불포화, 라디칼 중합성 기가 메타크릴산 에스테르 기 및 아크릴산 에스테르 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노실록산 (I)이 라디칼 -CH2-CH2-를 통해 규소 원자에 결합된 적어도 1개의 페닐 라디칼을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라디칼 R(아릴)이 라디칼 Z를 통해 오르가노실록산 (I)의 규소 원자의 적어도 2%, 또는 3% 내지 50%, 또는 5% 내지 40%에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라디칼 R(아릴)이 라디칼 Z를 통해 오르가노실록산 (I)의 말단 규소 원자에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노실록산 (I)이 10 내지 500개, 또는 15 내지 300개, 또는 20 내지 200개, 또는 30 내지 180개의 규소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노실록산 (II)가 50 내지 500개, 또는 55 내지 300개, 또는 60 내지 200개, 또는 60 내지 180개의 규소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오르가노실록산 (II)의 규소 원자의 0.4 내지 10%, 또는 0.6 내지 8%, 또는 0.8 내지 7%가 에틸렌계 불포화, 라디칼 중합성 기를 보유하며, 여기서 1개의 규소 원자가 1, 2 또는 3개의 이러한 기를 보유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 에틸렌계 불포화, 라디칼 중합성 기를 갖는 순수 유기 인-함유 또는 인-무함유 화합물, 오르가노실록산 (I) 및 오르가노실록산 (II)와 상이하며 적어도 1개의 에틸렌계 불포화, 라디칼 중합성 기를 갖는 오르가노실록산 (III), 광개시제, 광증감제, 충전제, 안료, 용매, 경화 촉진제, 김서림방지 첨가제, 아민 상승작용제 및 안정화제, 포스파이트 또는 장애 아민 광 안정화제 (HALS), 산화방지제 및 산소 스캐빈저로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 성분을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방사선-경화 코팅 재료로서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 경화된 코팅 재료가 이형 코팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 이형 코팅.
- 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 연속적인 하기 단계를 포함하는, 이형 코팅을 제조하는 방법:
a. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물을 적어도 하나의 표면에 적용하는 단계;
b. 조성물에 UV 방사선을 조사하는 단계. - 제14항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 이형 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물의 경화에 의해, 또는 조성물의 조사에 의해, 또는 조성물의 UV 방사선으로의 조사에 의해 수득가능한 이형 코팅.
