Claims (11)
- 실리콘 화합물과 흑연, 난흑연화(難黑鉛化) 탄소, 또는 소프트 카본 중 적어도 하나의 탄소재료로 구성되는 실리콘 복합체와,
상기 실리콘 복합체의 표면을 덮고, 아미노기를 가지는 자기(自己)조직화 단분자막(單分子膜)과,
상기 아미노기를 통하여 상기 자기조직화 단분자막과 결합되고, 탄소 원자를 포함하는 탄소화합물체를 구비하고 있고,
상기 자기조직화 단분자막의 두께는 1nm 이상, 10nm 이하이고, N-[(트리에톡시실릴)메틸]-1,6-헥산디아민(AHAMTES)을 포함하는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자기조직화 단분자막에 형성된 아미노기 중 양으로 대전한 관능기(-NH3 +)와, 카본 나노 튜브에 형성된 카르복실기가, 정전(靜電) 상호 작용에 따른 인력에 의해 비공유 결합하고 있는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 화합물은, 상기 실리콘 복합체의 체적의 5% 이상을 차지하고 있는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 화합물로서, Si, SiO, SiOx(x는 실수) 중 적어도 하나가, 상기 실리콘 복합체에 포함되어 있는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 2차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법으로서,
카르복실기를 구비한 탄소화합물체를 형성하는 공정과,
아미노기를 구비한 실리콘 복합체를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 탄소화합물체와 상기 실리콘 복합체를 액체 중에서 혼합하고, 상기 카르복실기와 상기 아미노기를 결합시키는 공정을 포함하는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 액체에 축합제를 가하는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 축합제로서, 1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)카르보디이미드염산염을 사용하는, 2차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
