Claims (20)
- 복수의 화소들을 포함하는 표시 패널;
적어도 하나의 클록 신호에 기초하여, 상기 복수의 화소들에 연결된 주사 라인들과 센싱 제어 라인들로 주사 신호들과 센싱 제어 신호들을 공급하는 주사 구동부;
상기 복수의 화소들에 연결된 초기화 라인들로 초기화 전원을 인가하는 전원 관리부;
상기 초기화 전원을 이용하여 상기 복수의 화소들에 포함된 구동 트랜지스터들의 문턱 전압들을 감지하는 센싱부;
상기 초기화 라인들을 통해 흐르는 전류들을 감지하여 상기 초기화 라인들 중 적어도 하나의 오류를 검출하고, 상기 오류가 검출된 초기화 라인을 지시하는 라인 정보를 출력하는 검출부;

상기 적어도 하나의 클록 신호에 기초하여 상기 초기화 라인들 중 상기 오류가 검출된 초기화 라인을 결정하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 1에서,
상기 초기화 전원에서 출력되는 초기화 전류는 상기 초기화 라인들을 통해 흐르는 상기 전류들로서 제공되고,
상기 검출부는,
상기 적어도 하나의 클록 신호를 카운팅하여 상기 문턱 전압들이 감지되는 화소들과 대응하는 수평 라인의 정보를 출력하는 클록 카운터; 및
상기 초기화 전원에서 출력되는 상기 초기화 전류를 미리 설정된 임계값과 비교하여 상기 초기화 전류가 미리 설정된 범위를 넘는지 판단하고, 상기 수평 라인의 정보를 기초로 상기 초기화 라인들 중 상기 오류가 검출된 초기화 라인을 결정하는 비교기를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 3에서,
상기 주사 구동부는,
개시 신호, 제1 클록 신호, 및 제2 클록 신호를 이용하여 주사 클록 신호들, 센싱 제어 클록 신호들, 및 캐리 클록 신호들을 출력하는 OSG(Oxide Semiconductor TFT Gate driver circuit) 구동부; 및
상기 주사 클록 신호들, 센싱 제어 클록 신호들, 및 캐리 클록 신호들을 기초로 상기 주사 신호들과 상기 센싱 제어 신호들을 출력하는 복수의 스테이지들을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 4에서,

상기 이전 초기화 라인들 및 상기 이후 초기화 라인들 중 적어도 2개 이상의 초기화 라인들과 연결된 화소들로부터 감지된 문턱 전압들에 대한 평균값 또는 중간값으로, 상기 오류가 검출된 초기화 라인과 연결된 화소로부터 감지된 문턱 전압을 변경하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 1에서,
상기 복수의 화소들 각각은,
제1 전원과 제2 노드 사이에 연결되고, 제1 노드와 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 데이터 라인들 중 하나와 상기 제1 노드 사이에 연결되고, 상기 주사 라인들 중 하나와 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터;
상기 제2 노드와 제3 노드 사이에 연결되고, 상기 센싱 제어 라인들 중 하나와 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제3 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 노드와 상기 제2 노드 사이에 연결된 저장 커패시터; 및
상기 제2 노드와 연결된 제1 전극 및 제2 전원과 연결된 제2 전극을 포함하는 발광 소자를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 11에서,
상기 표시 패널은, 상기 제3 노드와 접지 사이에 연결된 제1 센싱 커패시터를 더 포함하고,
상기 센싱부는,
상기 제3 노드와 연결된 센싱 라인 및 제4 노드 사이에 연결되는 제2 스위치;
상기 제4 노드와 접지 사이에 연결된 제2 센싱 커패시터; 및
상기 제4 노드와 연결된 입력단을 포함하고, 상기 제2 센싱 커패시터에 저장된 전압을 디지털 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 아날로그-디지털 컨버터를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 12에서,
상기 제3 노드는 상기 초기화 라인들 중 하나와 연결되고, 상기 초기화 라인들 중 상기 하나는 제1 스위치를 통해 상기 초기화 전원과 연결되며, 상기 초기화 전원은, 상기 전원 관리부가 포함하는 연산 증폭기의 출력단을 통해 생성되는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 13에서,
상기 제1 스위치 및 상기 제2 스위치가 턴-온 될 때, 상기 제2 센싱 커패시터가 상기 초기화 전원에 따른 초기화 전압으로 초기화되고, 상기 초기화 전원에서 출력되는 초기화 전류가 상기 연산 증폭기를 통해 일시적으로 방전되는, 표시 장치. - 청구항 13에서,

상기 오류가 발생된 초기화 라인에 연결된 화소로부터 감지된 문턱 전압을 변경하는 단계; 및
상기 변경된 문턱 전압을 기초로 데이터 신호를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 청구항 17에서,
상기 복수의 화소들은, 적어도 하나의 클록 신호에 기초하여, 상기 복수의 화소들에 연결된 주사 라인들과 센싱 제어 라인들을 통해 주사 신호들과 센싱 제어 신호들을 공급받고,
상기 오류가 발생된 초기화 라인으로 결정하는 단계는,
상기 적어도 하나의 클록 신호를 기초로 상기 문턱 전압이 감지되는 화소와 대응하는 수평 라인의 정보를 생성하고, 생성된 수평 라인의 정보를 기초로 상기 초기화 라인들 중 상기 오류가 발생된 초기화 라인을 결정하는, 표시 장치의 구동 방법. - 청구항 18에서,
상기 주사 신호들과 상기 센싱 제어 신호들은, 주사 클록 신호들, 센싱 제어 클록 신호들, 및 캐리 클록 신호들에 기초하여 상기 복수의 화소들에 공급되고,
