도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 저감밴드가 구비된 내연기관 자동차가 흡입한 공기와 연료를 연소하는 과정을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 저감밴드를 제조하는 단계를 개략적으로 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 저감밴드의 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배기가스 저감밴드가 내연기관 자동차의 흡기 파이프 또는 에어필터에 구비된 모습을 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (15)
- 원적외선을 방사하는 원적외선 방사 조성물 및 폴리염화비닐(PVC)을 포함하고,
상기 원적외선 방사 조성물과 폴리염화비닐(PVC)은 10 : 90 내지 20 : 80 중량부 비의 혼합 조성을 가지고,
상기 원적외선 방사 조성물은 게르마늄, 숯가루, 맥반석, 유황 및 벤토나이트로 구성되는 혼합조성물이며,
상기 혼합조성물은 게르마늄 26 내지 30, 숯가루 12 내지 16, 맥반석 26 내지 30, 유황 1 내지 5, 벤토나이트 25 내지 29 중량부 비를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드. - 삭제

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원적외선 방사 조성물은,
게르마늄, 숯가루, 맥반석, 유황 및 벤토나이트가 28 : 14 : 28 : 3 : 27 중량부 비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드. - 각각 적어도 200메쉬(mesh) 이상인 게르마늄, 숯가루, 맥반석, 유황 및 벤토나이트를, 게르마늄 26 내지 30, 숯가루 12 내지 16, 맥반석 26 내지 30, 유황 1 내지 5, 벤토나이트 25 내지 29 중량부 비로 배합하는 단계;
배합물을 15 ℃ 조건 하에서 항온실에서 30일 동안 보관하는 단계;
상기 배합물을 팰릿 상태로 제조하여 원적외선 방사 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 원적외선 방사 조성물과 폴리염화비닐(PVC)을 10 : 90 내지 20 : 80 중량부 비로 혼합하는 단계;
혼합물을 금형을 통해 밴드(band) 형상으로 사출하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드 제조방법. - 삭제

내연기관 자동차의 흡기 파이프 또는 에어필터에 구비되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기 중 산소의 크기를 작게 분화하고, 상기 공기 중 산소의 농도를 높여 연소율을 증가시킴으로써 배출되는 배기가스를 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
전기자동차에 구비되어 상기 전기자동차의 배터리 작동 시 온도를 낮춤으로써 배터리 사용시간을 연장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
보일러에 구비되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기 중 산소의 농도를 높여 연소율을 높임으로써 배출되는 배기가스를 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
에어컨에 구비되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기 중 산소의 농도를 높여 연소율을 높임으로써 배출되는 배기가스를 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
선박의 내연기관에 구비되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기 중 산소의 농도를 높여 연소율을 높임으로써 배출되는 배기가스를 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감밴드.
