Claims (12)
- 센터 플로어 패널과 연결되는 제1인텀 플로어 패널과, 리어 플로어 패널과 연결되는 제2인텀 플로어 패널로 구성되는 인텀 플로어 패널;
상기 인텀 플로어 패널의 배터리가 안착되는 영역 내의 저면부에 장착되는 리어 크로스 보강 패널 및 익스텐션 보강 멤버;
상기 인텀 플로어 패널의 배터리가 안착되는 영역 내의 앞쪽 부분에 장착되는 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널;
을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리어 크로스 보강 패널 및 익스텐션 보강 멤버는 상기 제2인텀 플로어 패널의 저면부를 받쳐주며 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리어 크로스 보강 패널은 그 양단부가 리어 사이드 멤버에 연결되면서 처체 폭방향으로 배열되고, 그 상면부가 상기 제2인텀 플로어 패널의 뒤쪽 저면부와 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 익스텐션 보강 멤버는 2개 이상으로 구비되어, 차체 길이방향으로 배열되면서 그 후단부는 리어 크로스 보강 패널에 연결되고, 전단부는 제1인텀 플로어 패널의 저부까지 연장 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널은 수직 절곡된 단면 형상을 갖는 것으로서, 수직을 이루는 전단부는 제1인텀 플로어 패널 위에 연결되고, 수평을 이루는 후단부는 제2인텀 플로어 패널 위에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널의 내벽면에 복수 개의 보강용 벌크 헤드가 더 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널의 모서리 위치에는 배터리를 고정시키기 위한 복수개의 밴드 체결홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인텀 플로어 패널의 배터리가 안착되는 영역에 배터리가 안착되면, 상기 리어 크로스 보강 패널 및 익스텐션 보강 멤버, 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널에서 배터리 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 리어 크로스 보강 패널 및 익스텐션 보강 멤버는 인텀 플로어 패널의 제2인텀 플로어 패널의 저면을 받쳐주며 배터리 하중을 지지하고, 상기 인텀 플로어 어퍼 패널은 배터리의 앞쪽 저면부를 직접 받쳐주게 배터리 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 리어 사이드 멤버의 상부는 실러 도포를 위하여 개방된 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 리어 사이드 멤버의 내부에는 측부 강성 유지 및 측면 충돌 강성을 확보하기 위하여 제1측면 보강부재가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인텀 플로어 패널의 제1인텀 플로어 패널의 저면부 위치에는 측면 충돌 강성 보강을 위하여 차체 폭방향을 따라 2개 이상의 제2측면 보강부재가 이격되며 더 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 차량의 배터리 지지용 차체.
