Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 백색화 플라이 애시의 제조 방법으로서:
(a) 적어도 90wt%가 44μm 내지 250μm의 입자 크기를 갖도록 하는 입자 크기를 갖는 크기 분류 플라이 애시를 얻기 위해 플라이 애시에 크기 분류 단계를 적용하는 단계;
(b) 슬러리를 형성하기 위해 크기 분류 플라이 애시를 물과 접촉시키는 단계로서, 상기 슬러리는 40wt% 미만의 고형분 함량을 갖는 것인, 단계
(c) 자기 처리 플라이 애시를 형성하기 위해 단계 (b)에서 얻어진 상기 슬러리를 철저한 자기 분리(exhaustive magnetic separation) 단계에 적용하는 단계로서, 상기 철저한 자기 분리 단계는 제1 자기 추출 단계 및 제2 자기 추출 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2 자기 추출 단계는 상기 제1 자기 추출 단계보다 더 높은 자기장 세기로 수행하고, 각각의 자기 추출 단계는 적어도 1분의 최소 지속 시간을 갖는 것인, 단계; 및
(d) 백색화 플라이 애시를 형성하기 위해 단계 (c)에서 얻어진 자기 처리 플라이 애시에 습식 분쇄(milling) 단계를 적용하는 단계로서, 상기 습식 분쇄 단계는 산의 존재 하에 수행되는 것인, 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 습식 분쇄 단계는 제1 산성 분쇄 처리 단계 및 제2 산성 분쇄 처리 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1 산성 분쇄 처리 단계는 염산의 존재 하에 수행되며, 상기 제2 산성 분쇄 처리 단계는 옥살산의 존재 하에 수행되는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산은 0.2M 내지 3.0M의 몰 농도를 갖는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산은, 아세트산(에탄산), 아스크로브산((2R)-2-[(1S)-1,2-디히드록시에틸]-3,4-디히드록시-2H-푸란-5-온), 시트르산, 염산, 질산, 옥살산(에탄디오산), 황산 및 그들의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
