Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 액티브 롤 제어장치를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 액티브 롤 제어장치의 회전 샤프트, 이동부, 구동부 및 스태빌라이저 바를 도시한 측면도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 구동부 중 웜 휠과 웜 샤프트를 구체적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 액티브 롤 제어장치의 작동 상태를 도시한 개략도이다.

Claims (6)
- 차량의 좌우 차륜 사이에 설치되고 제 1 방향으로 연장 형성되는 스태빌라이저 바 및 상기 스태빌라이저 바와 연결되는 스태빌라이저 링크를 이동시켜 상기 스태빌라이 바의 강성 값을 조절하는 액티브 롤 제어장치로서,
일단이 상기 스태빌라이저 바의 양단에 각각 연결되는 회전 샤프트;
상기 회전 샤프트가 내부에 삽입되어 상기 제 1 방향과 수직한 제 2 방향으로 상기 회전 샤프트의 외측면을 따라 이동 가능한 이동부; 및
상기 회전 샤프트를 회전시켜 상기 이동부를 이동시키는 구동부를 포함하고,
상기 구동부는
모터; 및
상기 모터의 회전축에 연결되며 상기 회전 샤프트에 상기 모터의 회전력을 전달하는 구동 샤프트를 포함하는
액티브 롤 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회전 샤프트는 리드 스크류이고, 상기 이동부는 상기 리드 스크류에 맞물림 되는 너트형으로 이루어지는
액티브 롤 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부는
상기 회전 샤프트의 타단에 연결되어 상기 회전 샤프트를 회전시키는 웜 휠; 및
상기 웜 휠과 맞물림 되어 상기 웜 휠을 회전시키는 웜 샤프트
를 더 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 샤프트는 상기 웜 샤프트 및 상기 모터의 회전축 사이에 연결되며 상기 모터의 회전력을 상기 웜 샤프트에 전달하는
액티브 롤 제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 이동부는 상기 모터의 회전 방향에 따라 다른 방향으로 이동되는
액티브 롤 제어장치.
