Claims (11)
- 서브 프레임에 설치되는 스태빌라이저 바의 양단과 서스펜션 암 사이를 연결하는 스태빌라이저 링크의 서스펜션 암 상의 연결위치를 가변하여 스태빌라이저 바의 롤 강성을 변화시킴으로써 능동적으로 롤을 제어하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션 암은
일측에 상부가 개방된 공간부를 형성하고, 상기 공간부의 내측에 차폭방향을 따라 슬라이드 레일을 구성하여 상기 스태빌라이저 링크의 하단과 연결되는 커넥터를 안내하는 레일부;
상기 레일부의 일측에 구성되어 상기 커넥터와 구동축이 일체로 연결되어 상기 커넥터에 전후진 구동력을 직접 제공하는 액추에이터부;
를 포함하며,
상기 액추에이터부는 상기 서스펜션 암의 레일부와 일체로 형성되는 기어 하우징과, 상기 기어 하우징의 후측에 모터 커버를 개재하여 체결되는 모터 하우징과, 상기 기어 하우징의 내부에 슬라이드 가능하게 설치되며 후단부 내주면에 스크루 나사부가 형성되고 선단은 외부로 돌출되는 파워 트랜스와, 원통 형상의 회전관의 내부 중앙에 리드 스크루가 후단에서 일체로 연결되어 상기 모터 하우징의 중심부에 위치되며 상기 리드 스크루가 상기 파워 트랜스의 스크루 나사부에 치합되는 스크루 회전체와, 상기 모터 하우징의 내부에서 상기 모터 하우징과 스크루 회전체 사이에 구성되어 상기 스크루 회전체를 회전 구동시키는 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션 암은
차량의 서브 프레임과 너클 사이에 연결되는 로워암인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 로워암은
상기 너클과 서브 프레임에 각각 부시를 통하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기어 하우징은
전방 내주면에 설치되어 상기 파워 트랜스와의 사이에 마찰력을 저감하는 메탈부시를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기어 하우징은
전단부 내주면에 설치되어 상기 파워 트랜스와의 사이를 밀폐하는 시일링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 시일링은
상기 기어 하우징의 전단 내주면에 설치되는 스톱링에 의해 이탈하지 않도록 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기어 하우징과 파워 트랜서 사이의 일측에 구성되어 상기 파워 트랜서의 홈 포지션을 인식하여 그 신호를 출력하는 센서유닛를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 센서유닛은
상기 파워 트랜서의 일측에 설치되는 감지자석;
상기 기어 하우징의 중앙 일측에 설치되어 상기 감지자석을 감지하여 그 신호를 출력하는 홀 센서;
상기 기어 하우징에 장착되어 상기 홀 센서를 커버하는 센서커버;
로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스크루 회전체는
상기 회전관의 전방 단부와 상기 모터 커버 사이, 및 후방 연장단과 상기 모터 하우징 사이에 베어링이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터부는
상기 모터 하우징의 내주면에 설치되는 모터코어;
상기 스크루 회전체의 회전관 외주면에 설치되는 영구자석;
으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치.
