- L-아미노산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물이 서열번호 1의 쉬와넬라 아틀란티카(Shewanella atlantica) 유래 막단백질을 발현하도록 변이되고,
상기 막단백질을 발현하지 않는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물과 비교하여 L-아미노산의 생산능이 증가된,
코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물은 상기 막단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드가 도입된 것인, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오타이드는 서열번호 2의 핵산 서열로 표현되는 것인, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L-아미노산은 L-라이신 또는 L-아르기닌인, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물을 포함하는, L-아미노산 생산용 조성물.
