Claims (9)
- 인휠모터의 내측으로 오일의 유로를 형성하는 냉각회로부;
상기 냉각회로부에 연결되며, 상기 냉각회로부로 오일을 공급하거나 상기 냉각회로부에 있는 오일을 저장하는 오일탱크부;
상기 냉각회로부와 상기 오일탱크부를 연결하는 관로에 설치되며, 제어신호에 의해 오일의 이동을 제어하는 밸브부; 및
차량의 주행조건과 상기 인휠모터의 온도를 전달받아 상기 밸브부의 동작을 제어하며, 상기 냉각회로부를 흐르는 오일의 양을 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 밸브부는,
상기 인휠모터에서 상기 오일탱크부를 향하여 이동되는 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 인렛밸브; 및
상기 오일탱크부에서 상기 인휠모터를 향하여 이동되는 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 아웃렛밸브;를 포함하며,
상기 인휠모터의 온도가 설정온도 보다 높으면, 상기 제어부는 상기 인렛밸브를 닫고 상기 아웃렛밸브를 개방하는 제어신호를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠모터용 냉각장치.
- 인휠모터의 내측으로 오일의 유로를 형성하는 냉각회로부;
상기 냉각회로부에 연결되며, 상기 냉각회로부로 오일을 공급하거나 상기 냉각회로부에 있는 오일을 저장하는 오일탱크부;
상기 냉각회로부와 상기 오일탱크부를 연결하는 관로에 설치되며, 제어신호에 의해 오일의 이동을 제어하는 밸브부; 및
차량의 주행조건과 상기 인휠모터의 온도를 전달받아 상기 밸브부의 동작을 제어하며, 상기 냉각회로부를 흐르는 오일의 양을 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 밸브부는,
상기 인휠모터에서 상기 오일탱크부를 향하여 이동되는 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 인렛밸브; 및
상기 오일탱크부에서 상기 인휠모터를 향하여 이동되는 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 아웃렛밸브;를 포함하며,
상기 인휠모터의 온도가 설정온도 보다 낮으면, 상기 제어부는 상기 인렛밸브를 개방하고 상기 아웃렛밸브를 닫는 제어신호를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠모터용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 인휠모터의 온도를 측정하여 상기 제어부로 측정값을 전달하는 제1측정부; 및
차량의 주행속도와 주행상태를 측정하여 상기 제어부로 측정값을 전달하는 제2측정부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠모터용 냉각장치.

상기 냉각회로부에 연결되며 상기 제어부의 제어신호로 동작되고, 상기 냉각회로부를 순환하는 오일을 압송시키는 오일펌프;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠모터용 냉각장치.
- 차량의 상태를 감지하는 제1감지단계;
상기 차량의 주행조건과 인휠모터의 온도를 감지하는 제2감지단계;
제어부가 상기 인휠모터를 냉각시키는 오일량을 계산하는 제1계산단계;
상기 제어부가 상기 인휠모터와 오일탱크부를 연결하는 관로에 설치되는 인렛밸브와 아웃렛밸브의 작동시간을 계산하는 제2계산단계; 및
상기 제어부의 제어신호로 상기 인렛밸브와 상기 아웃렛밸브의 동작이 제어되는 밸브동작단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제어부는,
상기 인휠모터의 온도가 설정온도 보다 높으면, 상기 인렛밸브를 닫고 상기 아웃렛밸브를 개방하는 제어신호를 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠모터용 냉각장치의 제어방법.
