Claims (15)
- 감속기; 및
기어 및 윤활제 중 적어도 하나를 냉각하도록 기어 하우징에 마련된 냉각 라인;을 포함하고,
상기 감속기는,
상기 기어 및 상기 윤활제를 수용하는 백래시가 형성된 기어 세트; 및
상기 기어 세트를 감싸도록 형성된 상기 기어 하우징;을 포함하고,
상기 냉각 라인은,
적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 경유하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 냉각하도록 설치되고, 상기 제어 모듈은 MCU, TCU, OBC 및 EPCU 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 냉각 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
온도 센서;
상기 온도 센서가 획득한 상기 감속기의 온도 값에 기초하여 구동되는 전자식 워터 펌프; 및
적어도 하나의 프로세서를 포함하고, 상기 전자식 워터 펌프의 구동 RPM을 제어하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 냉각 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 온도 센서는,
상기 감속기 내부에 마련되는 냉각 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 라인은,
상기 기어 하우징에 환형으로 부착되는 냉각 시스템. - 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 라인은 제1 냉각 라인 및 제2 냉각 라인을 포함하고, 상기 제1 냉각 라인 및 상기 제2 냉각 라인은 동일한 분기점에서 냉각수를 공급받고,
상기 제1 냉각 라인은,
적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 경유하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 냉각하도록 설치되고, 상기 제어 모듈은 MCU, TCU, OBC 및 EPCU 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제2 냉각 라인은,
상기 감속기를 경유하고, 상기 감속기를 냉각하도록 설치되는 냉각 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 온도 센서가 미리 설정된 온도 값 이상을 감지하면, 상기 전자식 워터 펌프를 구동시키도록 제어하는 냉각 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 온도 센서가 제1 온도 값 이상임을 감지하면 상기 전자식 워터 펌프를 구동시키도록 제어하고,
상기 온도 센서가 제2 온도 값 이하임을 감지하면 상기 전자식 워터 펌프의 구동을 차단하도록 제어하는 냉각 시스템. - 감속기, 냉각 라인 및 전자식 워터 펌프를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 감속기에 마련된 온도 센서가 획득한 온도 값을 수신하는 단계;
상기 온도 값에 기초하여 상기 전자식 워터 펌프의 구동 및 RPM을 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 전자식 워터 펌프의 RPM에 기초하여 상기 감속기에 설치된 냉각 라인에 냉각수를 공급하고, 상기 감속기를 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 냉각 라인은,
적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 경유하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 제어 모듈을 냉각하도록 설치되고, 상기 제어 모듈은 MCU, TCU, OBC 및 EPCU 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 온도 센서는,
상기 감속기의 내부에 마련되는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 라인은,
상기 감속기에 환형으로 부착되는 차량의 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
