Claims (9)
- 수지 성분과, 광산 발생제를 함유하는 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물로서,
상기 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물은 하기 평균 조성식으로 표시되는 오르가노실록산 화합물을 함유하지 않고,
상기 수지 성분이, 방향족 에폭시 수지 및 지방족 에폭시 수지 둘 다를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 성분에 의해 구성되고,
상기 방향족 에폭시 수지가 에폭시 수지 성분 전체의 55 중량% 이상 80 중량% 미만이며,
상기 지방족 에폭시 수지가 에폭시 수지 성분 전체의 20 중량%를 초과하고 45 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물.

R1 aR2 bYcSiOd
(식 중, R1은 포화 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타낸다. R2는 아릴기 및 아랄킬기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 나타낸다. Y는 RO기, 수산기, 할로겐 원자 및 수소 원자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 나타낸다. R은 알킬기, 사이클로알킬기, 아릴기 및 아랄킬기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 나타낸다. a, b, c 및 d는 0≤a<3, 0≤b<3, 0≤c<3, 0<a+b+c<3, 0<a+b<3, 및 a+b+c+2d=4를 만족한다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 에폭시 수지가 고형인 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 에폭시 수지가, 적어도 고형 지방족 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것인 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물이, 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광도파로에 있어서의 코어층 형성 재료인 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물이 필름형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 코어층 형성용 광경화성 필름.
- 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광도파로로서, 상기 코어층이, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 광도파로용 감광성 수지 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로.
- 제6항에 기재된 광도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광·전기 전송용 혼재 플렉시블 프린트 배선판.
- 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광도파로로서, 상기 코어층이, 제5항에 기재된 광도파로 코어층 형성용 광경화성 필름을 경화시킴으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로.
- 제8항에 기재된 광도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광·전기 전송용 혼재 플렉시블 프린트 배선판.
