(a) 연화점 105℃ 이하의 고형 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지.
(b) 연화점 105℃ 이하의 고형 다작용 지방족 에폭시 수지.
(c) 액상 장쇄 이작용 반지방족 함유 에폭시 수지.
Description
Claims (10)
- 에폭시 수지 성분 및 광양이온 중합 개시제를 함유하는 광 도파로 형성용 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물로서, 상기 에폭시 수지 성분이 하기 (a)∼(c)만을 함유하며, 또한 (a)의 함유량이 에폭시 수지 성분 중 60∼70 중량%이고, (b)의 함유량이 에폭시 수지 성분 중 20∼35 중량%이며, (c)의 함유량이 에폭시 수지 성분 중 5∼10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 도파로 형성용 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물:
(a) 연화점 105℃ 이하의 고형 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지,
(b) 연화점 105℃ 이하의 고형 다작용 지방족 에폭시 수지,
(c) 액상 장쇄 이작용 반지방족 함유 에폭시 수지. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고형 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지(a)의 연화점이 60∼95℃이고, 상기 고형 다작용 지방족 에폭시 수지(b)의 연화점이 60∼95℃인 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액상 장쇄 이작용 반지방족 함유 에폭시 수지(c)가, 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 에폭시 수지인 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
[식 (1)에 있어서, R1 및 R2는 각각 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를, R3∼R6은 각각 수소 원자, 메틸기, 염소 원자, 브롬 원자를 나타낸다. X는 탄소 원자수 2∼15의 알킬렌기 또는 에틸렌옥시기, 디에틸렌옥시기, 트리에틸렌옥시기, 프로필렌옥시기, 프로필렌옥시프로필기, 디프로필렌옥시프로필기, 트리프로필렌옥시프로필기를 나타낸다. n은 자연수이고, 그 평균은 1.2∼5이다.] - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광 도파로 형성용 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물이, 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광 신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광 도파로에 있어서의 클래드층 형성 재료인 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 광 도파로 형성용 감광성 필름.
- 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광 신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광 도파로로서, 상기 클래드층이, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 경화체에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 도파로.
- 제6항에 기재된 광 도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광·전기 전송용 혼재 플렉시블 프린트 배선판.
- 기재와, 그 기재 상에 형성된 클래드층과, 상기 클래드층 중에 소정 패턴으로 형성된, 광 신호를 전파하는 코어층을 구비한 광 도파로로서, 상기 클래드층이, 제5항에 기재된 감광성 필름의 경화체에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 도파로.
- 제8항에 기재된 광 도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광·전기 전송용 혼재 플렉시블 프린트 배선판.
