Description
도 2는 샘플이 검사 라인[107]에 도달함에 따라, 측면 유동 분석 동안 항-HIV 항체의 개선된 검출을 위한 본 발명에 따른 측면 유동 스트립[102]을 수용하는 대표적인 장치[100]를 도시한다. 항-HIV 항체를 함유하는 샘플이 차단제 패드[104]로 이동함에 따라, 항-HIV 항체의 일부는 비오티닐화 HIV-1 펩티드, 비오티닐화 HIV-2 펩티드, 및 비오티닐화 rAg 펩티드에 결합한다. 샘플이 접합체 패드[105]로 이동함에 따라, 비오티닐화에 결합된 항-HIV 항체는 단백질 A-콜로이드성 금 접합체에 추가로 결합한다. 결합되지 않은 항-HIV 항체 또한 단백질 A-콜로이드성 금 접합체에 결합한다.

Claims (27)
- 액체 생물학적 샘플에서 분석물을 검출하기 위한 분석 방법으로서,
a) 분석물을 함유하는 것으로 의심되는 상기 액체 생물학적 샘플을 액체상(liquid phase)의 적어도 하나의 리간드-표적 접합체(conjugate)와 접촉시키는 단계, 여기서 상기 리간드-표적 접합체는 상기 분석물의 적어도 일부에 결합하여 리간드-표적-분석물 복합체를 형성함;
b) 상기 생물학적 샘플 내의 분석물 및 단계 a)로부터의 상기 복합체를 수용체-표지(label) 접합체와 접촉시켜, 분석물-수용체-표지 복합체 및 리간드-표적-분석물-수용체-표지 복합체를 형성하는 단계;
