Claims (20)
- 기재부;
상기 기재부상에 제공되는 보호층; 및
상기 기재부와 상기 보호층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 보호층과 접촉하는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 보호층은 순차적으로 적층된 복수의 서브층을 갖고
상기 기재부 및 상기 보호층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 고무 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 서브층은 서로 다른 물질로 형성되고,
상기 보호층은 제1 서브층과 제2 서브층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 서브층은 상기 기재부와 상기 제2 서브층 사이에 위치하고,
상기 제1 서브층의 두께는 상기 제2 서브층의 두께보다 두꺼운 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층과 상기 제2 서브층은 서로 상이한 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제1 서브층과 상기 제2 서브층은 각각 독립적으로 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 고무 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층은 100㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 서브층은 30㎛ 내지 80㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재부는 폴리이미드로 형성되고,
상기 제1 서브층은 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 및 고무에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제2 서브층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층의 탄성 계수는 30 내지 70 MPa이고, 상기 제2 서브층의 탄성 계수는 3.5 내지 7.0 GPa인 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재부는 30㎛ 내지 50㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 10 gf/in 내지 60 gf/in의 접착력을 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기재부와 상기 보호층 사이에 제공되는 지문 방지층(Anti Fingerprint Layer)을 더 포함하고,
상기 점착층은 10 gf/in 내지 40 gf/in의 접착력을 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 25 내지 50㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
10㎜ 이하의 곡률 반경을 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
5.7g의 펜을 낙하시켰을 때, 상기 표시 장치 윈도우가 파손되는 상기 펜의 낙하 높이가 10㎝ 이상인 표시 장치 윈도우. - 영상을 표시하는 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널상에 제공되는 표시 장치 윈도우를 포함하고,
상기 표시 장치 윈도우는
기재부;
상기 기재부상에 제공되는 보호층; 및
상기 기재부와 상기 보호층 사이에 위치하며, 상기 보호층과 접촉하는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 보호층은 순차적으로 적층된 복수의 서브층을 갖고
상기 기재부 및 상기 보호층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 고무 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 서브층은 서로 다른 물질로 형성되고,
상기 보호층은 제1 서브층과 제2 서브층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 서브층은 상기 기재부와 상기 제2 서브층 사이에 위치하고,
상기 제1 서브층의 두께는 상기 제2 서브층의 두께보다 두꺼우며,
상기 점착층은 상기 표시 패널과 상기 보호층 사이에 배치되는 표시 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층과 상기 제2 서브층은 서로 상이한 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제1 서브층과 상기 제2 서브층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 고무 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층은 100㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2 서브층은 30㎛ 내지 80㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 기재부는 폴리이미드로 형성되고,
상기 제1 서브층은 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 및 고무에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제2 서브층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되는 표시 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 표시 장치는 가요성(flexibility)을 갖는 표시 장치. - 표시 장치 윈도우 상의 점착층 상에 제공되는 표시 장치 윈도우 보호 필름에 있어서,
상기 보호 필름은 제1 서브층 및 제2 서브층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 서브층은 폴리우레탄, 폴리디메틸렌실록산, 및 고무에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제2 서브층은 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질로 형성되고,
상기 제1 서브층은 상기 표시 장치 윈도우와 상기 제2 서브층 사이에 위치하고,
상기 제1 서브층의 두께는 상기 제2 서브층의 두께보다 두꺼우며,
상기 점착층은 상기 표시 장치 윈도우와 상기 보호 필름 사이에 배치되며, 상기 보호 필름과 접촉하는 표시 장치 윈도우 보호 필름. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 제1 서브층은 100㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖고, 상기 제2 서브층은 30㎛ 내지 80㎛의 두께를 갖는 표시 장치 윈도우 보호 필름.
