Claims (122)
- 폴리올레핀 열가소성 물질에 의해 함께 유지된 강화 유리 섬유의 웹(web)을 포함하고, 상기 강화 유리 섬유가 30 중량% 내지 70 중량%로 존재하고, 상기 폴리올레핀 열가소성 물질이 20 중량% 내지 80중량%로 존재하는 다공성 코어층으로서, 상기 다공성 코어층의 다공도가 적어도 10 용적%이고, 상기 다공성 코어층의 평량이 300 gsm 내지 3000 gsm인 다공성 코어층;
상기 다공성 코어층 상에 배치된 열가소성 중합체 분말을 포함하는 분말 코팅된 층으로서, 상기 열가소성 중합체 분말의 평균 입자 크기는 상기 분말 코팅된 층과 상기 다공성 코어층 사이에 계면을 제공하도록 선택되고, 상기 분말 코팅된 층의 배치된 분말 전부가 상기 계면 위쪽에 존재하고, 상기 열가소성 중합체 분말은 상기 분말 코팅된 층 중에 50 중량% 내지 99 중량%로 존재하고, 상기 분말 코팅된 층의 평량이 20 gsm 내지 200 gsm인 분말 코팅된 층; 및
상기 분말 코팅된 층 상에 배치된 표피층을 포함하고,
상기 분말 코팅된 층은 ASTM D903 박리(Peel) 180°(2010년)로 시험된 바 기계 방향으로 적어도 125 N/m 그리고 가로 방향(cross direction)으로 적어도 125 N/m의 상기 표피층에 대한 평균 박리 강도를 제공하는데 유효한, 열가소성 복합 물품. - 삭제
