Claims (9)
- 우레탄 수지를 포함하는 자가복원층; 상기 자가복원층의 상부에 위치하는 오염 방지 코팅층; 상기 자가복원층의 하부에 위치하는 탄성 기재층; 상기 탄성 기재층의 하부에 위치하는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 오염 방지 코팅층은 우레탄 결합을 갖는 발수 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 우레탄 결합을 갖는 발수 화합물은 다음 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는, 적층 필름:

Y-[-HNO=CO-[X-(A)l-(B)m-X']-OC=ONH-]n-Y'
상기 A, B는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로, 불소화된 C1 내지 C5의 알콕시기, C1 내지 C3의 알킬로 1차 치환된 실록산기, C1 내지 C3의 알킬로 2차 치환된 실록산기에서 선택된 어느 하나이고,
상기 l, m은 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 50인 정수이고,
상기 l과 m의 합은 10 내지 100이며,
상기 n은 1 내지 10인 정수이고
상기 X, X'은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로, 불소화된 C1 내지 C5의 알콕시기, C1 내지 C3의 알킬로 1차 치환된 실란기, C1 내지 C3의 알킬로 2차 치환된 실란기에서 선택된 어느 하나이고,
상기 Y, Y'은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로, C1 내지 C3인 알킬로 1차 치환된 실란기, C1 내지 C3인 알킬로 2차 치환된 실란기, C1 내지 C3인 알킬로 3차 치환된 실란기에서 선택된 어느 하나이다.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 A는 -(CF2CF2O)-이고, 상기 B는 -(CF2O)-인, 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오염 방지 코팅층의 두께는, 1 내지 100 nm(나노미터)인, 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오염 방지 코팅층은 우레탄 결합을 갖는 발수 화합물 및 불소계 용매를 포함하고, 고형분 함량이 0.05 내지 1%인 발수 코팅액으로 형성된 것인 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자가복원층은 폴리에스테르 프리폴리머 100 중량부, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 30 내지 55 중량부를 혼합한 프리폴리머와 이소시아네이트 화합물 30 내지 60 중량부를 반응시켜 제조된 우레탄 수지를 포함하는, 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 아크릴계 점착제 및/또는 실리콘계 점착제를 포함하고,
상기 점착층의 점착력은 50~1500gf/in인 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층 필름은, 상면 점착 보호필름층 및 이형필름층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 기재층은 폴리우레탄 올리고머 5~50 중량부, 아크릴 단량체 30~70 중량부 및 광개시제 0.5~5 중량부를 포함하는 적층 필름.
