Abstract
본 발명의 광학투명점착시트는, 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지는 광학투명점착시트로서, 상기 폴리우레탄은, 폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 함유하는 폴리우레탄 조성물의 경화물이고, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은, 친수성 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고, 칼 피셔법에 의한 측정에서의 수분율이 400ppm 이하이다.

Claims (8)
- 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지는 광학투명점착시트(optically clear adhesive sheet)로서,
상기 폴리우레탄은, 폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 함유하는 폴리우레탄 조성물의 경화물(硬化物)이고,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은, 친수성 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고,
상기 친수성 폴리이소시아네이트는, 분자 내에 에틸렌옥사이드 유닛을 포함하고,
칼 피셔법(Karl Fischer's method)에 의한 측정에서의 수분율(水分率)이 400ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올 성분은, 올레핀 골격을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 조성물에 포함되는 상기 폴리올 성분은, 올레핀 골격을 구비하는 폴리올 성분만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재되어 있는 광학투명점착시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 교반혼합(攪拌混合)하여 폴리우레탄 조성물을 조제하는 공정과,
상기 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화하는 공정을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재되어 있는 광학투명점착시트와, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 일방(一方)의 면을 덮는 제1이형필름(第一離型film)과, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 타방(他方)의 면을 덮는 제2이형필름(第二離型film)이 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 적층체(積層體).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재되어 있는 광학투명점착시트와, 표시패널과, 터치패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재되어 있는 광학투명점착시트를 기재(基材)에 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트의 접합방법.
