Claims (6)
- 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 광학투명점착시트로서,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물은, 폴리올 성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 함유하고,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물에 포함되는 상기 폴리올 성분은, 올레핀계 폴리올 성분이며,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은, 이소시아네이트기를 구비하는 지방족 및/또는 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트와, 에틸렌옥사이드 유닛을 구비하는 에테르 화합물과를 반응시켜 얻어지는 변성 폴리이소시아네이트이고,
온도 85℃, 습도 85%의 고온고습(高溫高濕)환경하에 투입하는 시험을 실시하였을 경우에, 상기 시험에 8시간 투입한 후의 흡습량(吸濕量)이 1.0중량% 이하이며 또한 상기 시험에 100시간 투입한 후의 헤이즈가 1.5% 이하인
것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광학투명점착시트의 두께는, 250∼3000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 올레핀계 폴리올 성분 및 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 교반혼합해서 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 조제하는 공정과,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화하는 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트와, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 일방의 면을 덮는 제1이형필름과, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 타방의 면을 덮는 제2이형필름이 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트와, 표시패널과, 터치패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널을 구비한 표시장치.
