Abstract
본 발명의 광학투명점착시트는, 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 광학투명점착시트로서, 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물은, 폴리올 성분, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 및 태키파이어를 함유하고, 상기 폴리올 성분은, 올레핀 골격을 구비하고, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은, 이소시아네이트기를 구비하는 지방족 및/또는 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트와, 에틸렌옥사이드 유닛을 구비하는 에테르 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 변성 폴리이소시아네이트이다.

Claims (7)
- 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 광학투명점착시트(光學透明粘着sheet)로서,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물은, 폴리올 성분, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 및 태키파이어(tackifier)를 함유하고,
상기 폴리올 성분은, 올레핀 골격을 구비하고,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은, 이소시아네이트기를 구비하는 지방족 및/또는 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트와, 에틸렌옥사이드 유닛을 구비하는 에테르 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 변성 폴리이소시아네이트인 것을
특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 태키파이어는, 디시클로펜타디엔과 방향족 화합물의 공중합체를 수소첨가하여 얻어지는 수소첨가 석유수지, 및 지환족 포화 탄화수소수지 중의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물은, 가소제(可塑劑)를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가소제는, 카르복시산계 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 폴리올 성분, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 및 상기 태키파이어를 교반혼합하여 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 조제(調製)하는 공정과,
상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 경화하는 공정을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학투명점착시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트와, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 일방(一方)의 면을 덮는 제1이형필름(第一離型film)과, 상기 광학투명점착시트의 타방(他方)의 면을 덮는 제2이형필름(第二離型film)이 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 적층체(積層體).
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학투명점착시트와, 표시패널과, 터치패널을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널을 갖는 표시장치.
