Claims (22)
- 기체(基體) 표면에 하도 도막, 은 경막층(銀鏡膜層) 및 상도 도막으로 이루어진 도막을 형성하는 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조에 있어서,
상기 은 경막층을 형성하기 위한 은 경막층 형성용 조성액은 은 입자와 고분자 분산제와 은 경막용 용매로 이루어지고,
상기 은 경막용 용매는 휘발성의 용매이며,
은 경막층 도막 공정에 있어서, 주위에 상기 고분자 분산제가 부착한 상태로 상기 은 입자가 상기 은 경막용 용매 중에 균일하게 분산된 상태이고,
상기 은 경막층은 나노미터 사이즈의 은 입자와 고분자 분산제로 이루어지고, 주위에 상기 고분자 분산제가 부착한 상기 은 나노 입자가 적층된 상태로 은 경막층을 형성하고, 상기 은 경막층을 구성하는 은 나노 입자의 사이에 고분자 분산제가 3차원적으로 망목상으로 존재한 상태로 막이 형성되고,
상기 상도 도막 및 상기 하도 도막은 용매로서 10 질량% 이하의 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 지방족 탄화수소 화합물 용액, 상기 방향족 화합물을 포함하지 않는 지방족 탄화수소 화합물, 및 디이소부틸 케톤으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 포함하는 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 하도 도막 형성용 도료로부터 각각 형성된 것으로 이루어지며,
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료는 상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 주제의 질량에 대해서 각각 자외선 흡수제로서의 벤조트리아졸 화합물을 1.0∼10 질량%, 및
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 주제의 질량에 대해서 각각 광 안정제로서의 힌더드 아민계 화합물을 0.5∼4.0 질량% 더 포함하고,
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 적어도 하나는, 상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 전체 질량에 대해서 각각 방청제로서의 상기 벤조트리아졸 화합물 이외의 트리아졸계 화합물을 2∼10 질량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 장식 구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지방족 탄화수소 화합물은 n-헥산, n-헵탄, 시클로헥산, 에틸시클로헥산으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 하도 도막은 상기 상도 도막과 동종의 수지를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 기체 표면에 하도 도막, 은 경막층 및 상도 도막으로 이루어진 도막을 형성하는 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조에 있어서,
상기 은 경막층을 형성하기 위한 은 경막층 형성용 조성액은 은 입자와 고분자 분산제와 은 경막용 용매로 이루어지고,
상기 은 경막용 용매는 휘발성의 용매이며,
은 경막층 도막 공정에 있어서, 주위에 상기 고분자 분산제가 부착한 상태로 상기 은 입자가 상기 은 경막용 용매 중에 균일하게 분산한 상태이고,
상기 은 경막층은 나노미터 사이즈의 은 입자와 고분자 분산제로 이루어지고, 주위에 상기 고분자 분산제가 부착된 상기 은 나노 입자가 적층된 상태로 은 경막층을 형성하고, 상기 은 경막층을 구성하는 은 나노 입자의 사이에 고분자 분산제가 3차원적으로 망목상으로 존재한 상태로 막이 형성되고,
상기 상도 도막 및 상기 하도 도막은 극성기를 갖는 수지 도막으로 이루어지며,
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료는 상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 주제의 질량에 대해서 각각 자외선 흡수제로서의 벤조트리아졸 화합물을 1.0∼10 질량%, 및
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 주제의 질량에 대해서 각각 광 안정제로서의 힌더드 아민계 화합물을 0.5∼4.0 질량% 더 포함하고,
상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 적어도 하나는, 상기 상도 도막 형성용 도료 및 상기 하도 도막 형성용 도료의 전체 질량에 대해서 각각 방청제로서의 상기 벤조트리아졸 화합물 이외의 트리아졸계 화합물을 2∼10 질량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 극성기는 OH기 또는 NH2기인 것을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 상도 도막은 아크릴우레탄 수지 도막, 폴리우레탄 수지 도막, 실리콘 수지 도막, 아크릴실리콘 수지 도막 또는 아크릴멜라민 수지 도막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 하도 도막은 상기 상도 도막과 동종의 수지를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 은 경막층 도막 공정에서의 표면 장식 구조. - 삭제
